Dishonest and rushes work. Cut into a pipe under my vehicle to make things easier for them and also didn’t do the work right.Didn’t return my fluids I had in my vehicle. I didn’t know about the fluids until a couple days after. I went to another shop that I trust and they told me I should get my money back because I was cheated. And I saw it with my own eyes. Very disappointing.

I took my car to Wheats auto on the 22nd of Feb 2019 with battery and transmission problems. I was told my car needed a transmission plate for $385. I was told he used Mercedes dealer parts. I took him to court on March 11th, because the car was doing the same exact thing. I found out in court that he put aftermarket parts on my car for $140 and charged Mercedes parts price of $385.00. I called Virginia Beach Mercedes and was told the actual price of the plate was $300. In court he circled $300 as if that's how much the part cost him. He lied in court told the judge he had a credit of 160$ but charged me 385$.This guy is very dishonest, the best liar I ever met.

Paid a bunch of money just to have to rework the majority of it. I also had replace a bunch of parts that they damaged. I asked the owner before I ordered the parts what to get. After they replaced my heads my suv has a serious tap and has a hard time starting, I also found my egr pipe cracked, my a/c line "blew", my skid plate is missing, my control arm bushing never got replaced even tho I gave him the parts, my throttle cable was rubbing on the serpentine belt, my air filter wasn't reinstalled, nor was the intake tightened back down onto the throttle body, It leaking coolant, one of my spark plug wires burnt to the headers due to my wire holders were not put back on and 2 spark plugs on the passenger side were only finger tight.

My husband and I were beyond stressed out about our son’s Honda Accord when the motor blew. We got many quotes and had decided to just sell it because of the quotes we were receiving. One day I came across Wheats Auto on fb and when I tell you it was the BEST choice we made. Jabon is VERY professional and the process was very quick. The stress we were carrying was definitely relieved and the price was AMAZING he saved our baby’s car and he is back rolling again. I strongly recommend Wheats for any of your car needs especially all of your motor needs

This company is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. Sold/traded my car for vehicle of the same year December 2022. Had to have the vehicle towed to wheats the next day. The vehicle was taken back 3 times, they could not fix the problem. Ask for my vehicle back that i traded he refused. I also found that wheats is selling vehicles from his lot without a dealer license. He resells the vehicle without retitling in his business name but sells the vehicle with the name of the person who sold it to him. Which is call title jumping.Make a long story short i spent $5,000 on this vehicle to get it road worthy. I tried to trade the vehicle recently and found the vehicle had been wreck and the air bag had deployed.which means the vehicle was worth next to nothing. He also place an illegal inspection sticker on the vehicle. The car was title in north Carolina. I hired a civil lawyer recently to take this case to court. If you read this complaint wheats automotive be careful how you respond because what ever you say can be used in a court of law.

Wheats has worked on 3 of our vehicles. They were able to diagnose and fix problems MULTIPLE other shops couldn't. We brought one car in for repairs to be covered by insurance, Wheats was super helpful dealing with the insurance adjuster and making sure everything was covered. I'm so glad we found them and we will continue to use them for all our auto repairs!!

My fuel pump went out on my 2001 Chevy Tahoe so I took my vehicle to Wheats and he beat the competitors price by a couple of hundred dollars. My truck arrived to his shop around noon and by 4 o'clock i received a call telling me my vehicle was ready. Well the following day my vehicle went down again... same issue sounded like truck wasn't getting any fuel. Called wheat up and he said bring truck back in and he informed me they had a policy that they stop all work and focus on your vehicle for customer who return with problems after its supposed to have been repaired. Well to make long story short.. we were thinking it was a crank sensor and i was looking to come out of pocket with more money but noooo... wheat found out that the fuel pump from Orielys was defective and corrected the situation with no additional cost to me.. That kind of honesty is hard to find nowadays, i would recommend him to anybody and he has a customer for life rite here!!!

Parents bought a car from him. Had problems from the beginning not even a week after purchase. He kept saying as is purchase. They then paid 1200 to "fix" a transmission problem. While at his shop their tags were stolen off the car. He never filed a report offer to handle the cost nothing. Get the car back still cutting off. Had a different mechanic look at it and he put it on the scanner and it popped 57 different codes. Contacted him because he sold my parents a lemon and asked what we could do to rectify. He kept with the as is and said he fixed the car. Apparently 57 codes popped within a week. I asked him to rectify the situation as my dad was active in treatment and needed transportation and he hung up on me. Do not do business here.

So I just moved to town and my oxygen sensor decided to fail. I went ahead and gave Wheats a call, and I can honestly say it was the easiest and most fairly priced replacement that I have ever had in my entire life. The owner and mechanic there are amazing folks who definitely know what they’re doing. If you need anything fixed, I cannot recommend this place more.
