DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CAR. THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THAT THEY FIXED YOUR CAR BUT HAVEN'T TOUCHED IT AND WILL GIVE YOU A BILL FOR THE WORK THEY CLAIMED THEY DID. THEY GAVE ME A BILL FOR $1300 FOR SERVICES THEY NEVER DID. MY CAR WAS RUNNING THE SAME WAY IT WAS WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. THE MANAGER SAID HE HAVE TO ORDER A PART FOR MY CAR BUT YOU JUST GAVE ME A BILL FOR THE SAME WORK YOU WAS SUPPOSED TO BEEN DOING ALREADY SO HOW DID YOU GIVE ME A BILL AND SAID MY CAR WAS FIXED BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO ORDER A PART FOR MY CAR WHEN I SAY ITS DOING THE SAME THING. WOW SO THEY JUST TRIED TO GET ME OUT OF $1300. AND THIS WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO DID THIS. SO NO TELLING HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HE HAS GOTTEN OVER ON FROM NOT FULLY DOING ALL THE WORK ON THEIR CAR. BEWARE OF THIS OWNER AND COMPANY AND WORKERS

Precision Auto Werks did awesome work on my Jeep Wrangler. After my clutch went out close to their shop, the owner drove out in his personal vehicle and pulled me to the shop instead of me having to call a tow truck. Everything was fixed above and beyond, with repairs being done that I was going to put off but with the great value and quality craftsmanship I chose to get them attended to sooner. The car did eventually get repaired and the mechanic himself was friendly. However the overall experience left a lot to be desired. My vehicle was in the shop for several weeks with multiple missed pickup dates and unclear timelines. Communication around progress was inconsistent and expectations were not well managed. While work was being done there appears to be only one service bay with multiple cars in the queue. Jobs seem to be started as they come in rather than completed in the order received. This led to my car sitting for long stretches while other vehicles were taken in which created unnecessary delays and frustration. If you choose this shop I recommend being very clear about timelines expectations and completion dates up front.
