Friendly folks, tries were mounted and balanced, alignment complete. Can't complain. UPDATE: Second trip to this shop, about a year after the above trip. Different vehicle this time. I'm glad that they have someone that can align a Ford Twin-Traction Beam suspension. This design went out of production about 20 years ago. Its getting hard to find a shop that knows how to do a proper alignment on it. Again, good service.

Would recommend 0 stars if possible. My husband and I brought his truck in due to his A/c blowing out hot air. We received a call later that day saying the compressor was bad and a switch needed replaced. Once the $1500 was paid and work finished the master tech said that it was blowing out cold air but there is an electrical issue with the system but just probably needed reset. We turned the truck on and the air was in fact not cold. My husband confronted the woman at the desk and the response we get is “oh he didn’t tell you?” We brought it back the next morning since they were closing for it to be looked at it again and fixed. It was not fixed, instead they wanted us to go to another location and spend all that money again because they can’t do electrical work there. Maybe let customers know you can’t do electrical work on an electrical system before hand. They couldn’t even explain what they did and what the issue was in a full sentence justifying they scam you and have no idea what they are even talking about. Will never go to a Tire Choice again nor recommend it to anyone.

10/10 recommend this place to anyone! Rarely give out five stars, but this place deserves it! Rene, store manager, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, was able to get me in right away opposed to me thinking I'd have to wait days or a week even, my situation was dire and I was not wanting to wait that long. Joe, the master technician worked on my car! He's reliable, efficient, and very friendly! I needed two new tires, an oil change, and an alignment and they had me out of there within 2ish hours! Even after I was done when I had additional car questions Joe was kind enough to go through them with me and help even though it had nothing to do with my current visit. This place is very professional and actually cares about their customers and not just a quick sale. Definitely made me a forever customer!

Sad to say, but I'm never coming back. Had an oil change here and two days later, due to a poorly done oil change, all of the oil leaked. Unbelievable. Had to get my car repaired somewhere else after what was just supposed to be an oil change.

First shop didn't have the tools to finish the job so I to go to a different location to get it finished. Took 4 hour. First shop the new counter staff was cursing alot and apologized to me for it but then kept doing it and making excuses of why, being from out of state and ex military. Shouldn't matter you're getting paid to be professional

Stopped by shop without appointment and Renae had her Master Mechanic checked out my GMC wheel alignment was required and service was provided while I waited. While waiting it was interesting to hear interactions between Renae and customers--she was very professional and always had care and concerns for the customer. Highly recommend

The shop tech was good but the Counter staff person was very unprofessional! I had to listen to her and her girlfriend talk on the speakerphone using explicit language for 20 minutes while waiting for a tire repair. It’s just me but as a business be a little more professional. I could have been a secret shopper. It is not a good reflection on your business Tire Choice! I won’t be back.

I took my van here for an AC check, they diagnosed the problem and attempted to fix it then realized they misdiagnosed it and weren't qualified to fix it so they jimmy-rigged a temporary fix without my permission that now prevents the heat from blowing. They charged me almost $1,000 to tamper with my vehicle without my consent. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by only charging $200 to bring it back each season to switch from heat to cold air.

Renae gave me excellent service. I was leaving the casino when I heard a horrible grinding noise from the rear, left my car there. The next day they diagnosed the parking brake was bad. I was able to pick up my car and drive it home the next day. Their prices are fair and the most important thing is they have honest mechanics who won't rip you off (honesty matters more than the price). Fast service and wonderful customer service.

I just experienced the BEST customer service and friendliest staff and that is rare these days. I had a small crisis requiring work to be done on my truck by closing and it was already 3 pm. They got me in, took care of everything with my warranty company and had me out of there before closing! EXCELLENT! FRIENDLY and engaging workers. I’m so happy right now because they got something done i didn’t think possible. The store Manager Renee is so awesome and very kind. She got it done! The gentleman working in the shop were just as friendly and helpful. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thanks to all of you!

I live closer to a different one than the one on GW Hwy, but they were backed up. Not the first time they referred me to the GW Hwy location which is not much further. I called to make sure they could see me. Immediately they responded with a yes. I need a tire patch, they noticed it needed 2. Took me about 20 minutes. In and out and even quoted me on a set of tires that was better than the dealerships and big box stores I have been looking at by about 25%. I will now put them in my top place to go.

This is the absolute best auto mechanic shop that I have been to in a long time. Renee and her team are very great people. They show you exactly what the malfunction is with your vehicle and they don't force unnecessary repairs on customer. Customers are allowed to bargain shop for parts to avoid costly repairs.
