I went to Sam Leman on Saturday morning to look at vehicles and ended up going with a Toyota RAV4. I worked with Damian at first and then closed the deal with Kevin Brown. Both of them were wonderful and very accommodating. Kevin went the extra mile and helped the guys detail my car for me and filled it up with gas. Travis the finance guy was wonderful too, the process was quick and easy… not like it was years ago when you’d buy a car. The purchase part took about 10-15 minutes. My family always chooses Sam Leman and we will continue to do so!

Ray Hess was a top notch salesman. Sales manager worked with us, to get the price where we were both happy with the price. Trevor worked good with us, getting all the paper work done. Most of all, if it wasn't for the lady at the front desk (wish i could remember her name) asked if she could help me with anything, she done the leg work, looking on the computer finding the one🤗 Then passed me on to Ray Hess. I had a Toyota 2017 Rav4 Limited, LOVED IT. Have some things on the 2025 that I will have to learn and get use to. Over all very Happy with my 2025 Rav4 XLE. GREAT and EXCELLENT team. Called them on a monday looking for a NEW truck/suv with a 💩 box of a trade in and needing a cosigner. By Wednesday I was rolling out of their lot with a new set of wheels. My 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L has been the best vehicle Ive driven so far. A lot of great featured and a LOT of seating with a third row if you're like me and have a larger family. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership early January. Given the positive reviews online, I was genuinely looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, my experience during the purchase and afterward did not reflect those reviews at all. After my purchase, I reached out to the manager regarding my terrible experience and initially received no response. I waited a full week with no response before finally calling early in the morning to follow up on my email but was unable to speak with him. I finally received a response about nine hours later just ten minutes before closing stating that he had received my email and would read it in its entirety, review the photos, and reach out the next day. Instead of addressing the issue when he acknowledged my email, I was left waiting again. The next day came and went with no response, no email, and no phone call. Throughout the process, I was more than patient. During my initial encounter while negotiating, I was even told by the salesman, “I already have my sales for the day, Im doing you a favor.” That set the tone early on. After finally purchasing the vehicle and being allowed to pick it up once payment was received from my lender, I was made aware of multiple issues that were not present during my initial view of the vehicle. Over the two days between signing the purchase agreement and pickup, something clearly changed. I was told it could’ve happened during the vehicles safety inspection. The floor mats were missing, there was an adhesive stain on the outside of the rear door, a dent on that same door, and the driver’s side weather stripping was sticking out none of which existed when I test drove the vehicle. Due to this, I took photos of everything before leaving the lot. To his credit, the salesman did agree to fix the stain, the dent, and replace the missing floor mats. However, when I received a phone call to schedule the repairs, I was told the weather stripping would not be covered and I would need to pay out of pocket because it was “too late to add to the repairs” and because it was a “used vehicle.” This explanation made no sense because the issue was pointed out immediately when everything else was pointed out, the salesman even attempted to fix it before I drove off the lot, and his hand is visible in the photo I took trying to correct it. This is a used 2025 vehicle; weather stripping should not need replacement after one year. As a result, the weather stripping was never fixed. On the other hand if I hadn't purchased the car would it have been put on the lot like this? No. It’s unfortunate because there were a few employees who were genuinely kind and took the time to answer my questions. When I shared my experience with others some were shocked, while others mentioned having heard or experienced similar rude encounters. I don’t ever post reviews, but this experience was worth leaving a review. If there was enough space to write my complete experience, I would. I feel taken advantage of. I waited weeks before posting in hopes the dealership would address my concerns, but nearly a month later with no resolution, no response, no accountability thats unacceptable. I’m not looking for a public response on the review either. I tried to handle it privately and was ignored.

Eric at Sam Leman was great! He assisted me in test driving a few Toyota Highlanders. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, differences between varying years, hybrid vs gas, etc. He was honest and thoroughly went through all paperwork with me (car fax, buyback records, policy statements, financial package). He listened and was not pushy. The finance manager was amazing and very kind. He was detailed and wanted to make sure I understood everything that was asked of me to sign. Eric Gibson was my initial sales contact, and when he was tied up with another customer, he made sure I was taken care of by introducing me to Sam Marshall. Sam showed me the vehicle and was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. What really stood out was how clear and straightforward everything was. There were no tricky papers or confusing math. They clearly listed the price of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, what I still owed on my trade, TT&L, and the final out-the-door price. That level of transparency was fantastic. As a 53-year-old who has bought many vehicles over the years, I usually walk into a dealership ready for a fight. That wasn’t the case here. A couple of small adjustments were made to the initial offer, and within about 15 minutes we had reached an agreement. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. This was genuinely a great experience, and I’d highly recommend Sam Leman Toyota, along with Eric and Sam, to anyone looking for a fair and professional car-buying experience.
