The ⛽ gas station is located in the parking just next to the car wash and with membership card your car wash is included. The was also a recycling bin in the parking lot as well. So basically if you wanted to drop off your recycling items,go shopping,gas up your vehicle and go to the drive thru car wash all at one location this is definitely the place to go.

The gas station is good but we were going to get a car wash and the attendant shut the car wash off while we were trying to run our card. We ended up not getting a carwash he wanted to shut it down early to clean it.

One of the best has stations by far. The lanes are organized to not have issues trying to go to a pump if you're gas pump needs to be on the left or right. Always have great gas prices as well. With the car wash right next to it is one of my favorite things. 🙂

Long lines can cost you more in time than you'll save over a few cents per gallon. The carwash doesn't do a very good job on the rear of our SUV. Just doesn't get the dirt rinsed off. Rarely are both carwash bays open. You'll wait forever if there are more than 5 or 6 cars in line for the carwash. Waited 30 minutes for our turn with only 6 cars in line this morning.

Gas prices are ridiculous enough without the insult of having to price shop before coming to Sam's Club. We travel often and Sam's Club across the nation puts all other gas stations to shame by offering lowest prices by a minimum of 10-25 cents per gallon. Reno does not do this... today we got to the turn off near home after filling up at Sam's Club 6 miles out of our way to discover the local price gouging gas station had the EXACT SAME PRICE. So much for membership benefits. So dumb.

Sam’s doesn’t do things right. The gas station lines are a mess. Worse experience, no attendants on site like Costco to direct traffic and avoid line cutting. The car wash station is long line and one of the stations is almost always broken/down. The parking lot set up is not made to handle these many cars. It’s a frustrating and disappointing experience. How do they expect to compete with the Costco elite experience. They can’t! At least the gas is usually cheaper here so they deserve at least one star.

Lines are set up where there’s only 1 way to enter. It’s supposed to be so that people with tanks on the left side use one side of the pump and people with tanks on the right side get to use the other side of the pump. However, because most cars have tanks on the left side, there end up being absolutely insane lines for one side of the pump and absolutely zero lines for the other side of the pump. I guess they might have it set up this way because the car wash is so close to the gas station, but it’s such an absolutely massive inconvenience for anybody who follows the rules and does not drive around and pull in from the opposite side. Trash cans are also almost always full :(

Used the Sam’s Club car wash and it damaged my vehicle. Within the first minute of the wash starting, the rear brush grabbed my rear wiper, bent it upward, ripped the blade completely off, damaged the control arm and dragged parts across the rear glass, leaving a deep scratches etched into the glass itself. This isn’t cosmetic — it requires full glass replacement. The damage was clearly caused by their equipment while the vehicle was stationary in the wash. If there’s “not responsible for damage” signs, let me tell you how actual Arkansas law works. A business can’t damage your property through its own machinery and avoid liability with a disclaimer. That doesn’t hold up legally. Equipment-caused damage is still their responsibility. On top of that, even before this incident, the wash was mediocre at best. It never fully cleans the vehicle, and the dryer consistently shuts off 15+ seconds early, so you don’t even get the full dry time you paid for. Now I’m dealing with repairs and a claims process because of a paid car wash that doesn’t even do a good job to begin with. We won’t be back and would not recommend it.

I keep coming because it’s the cheapest in town, I get cash back I can use in the store, and a $7 car wash is a good deal, but it’s never an exceptional experience. This time, the trash cans were overflowing and windshield squeegee tub was bone dry. There’s always at least one pump or car wash stall closed. I have no idea what the attendant does 🤷♂️.

I went to wash my car and Sams' car wash was closed. The attendant told me the car wash has been closed for a week because of a water main break and they don't know when it will be fixed. Why does the internet show that the car wash is open? Management is too lazy to update the operating hours to show the carwash is temporally closed. And yes, since I was going early in the morning I first checked to see if the car wash was open before I made my wasted trip.
