Need better help. The two guys that work in the tire center managed to break off one of the screws and Strip two more. And broke the socket that takes off the locking lug nuts for my mag wheels. I I’ll never get tires here again. They have no clue what they are doing.

Absolutely useless and cost me hundreds as I had to replace four tires at a proper dealership. Should’ve done it right in the first place. Suggest you do the same!

Best place to buy a brand name battery for my 6 yr old CRV. Fast, quality install with felt anti corrosion washers...Duracell brand. Compare Duracell $105 w/tax at Sams with autozone store brand $169. Recommend Sams to my daughter this week, had a similar great service and the lowest price. If you have a problem they have stores nation wide that honor warranty. I travel car camping...

In case you are wondering why you can never get through to the automotive department at Sams or Walmart to make an appointment or check inventory, the reason is that they turn the ringer off on the phone. Try it...stand at the tire & battery counter, call the department and listen to the phone ring in your ear for 30 minutes while no phone rings at the counter.

There were no hours posted on their website and when we pulled up at 6:20 we saw their hours were 10am to 7pm. We went inside and waited 10 minutes just to be told they were closing up. Tire guy himself came out to see if he could schedule us an appointment for two weeks out, as if we'd be able to drive on the donut for that long. Would NOT recommend coming here

They refused to honor the agreenent in the road package purchased with my tires.instead, offered mea reduced amounton a new tire. When the new tire arrived, they gave me much less than agreed. My car dealership told me it was not a new tire,but a used one.il I paid for a new tire. Not a happy customer. .

They will not warranty your tires. They’ll look for any excuse, rotated too early or late, had someone else do it. When pressing Brian on why a rotation mattered for a road hazard warranty he stuck his finger at my face. The man shouldn’t work customer side… I’ll never return here…

I would do a negative star but you can't. I went in to my local Sam's club where I pay to shop and 1 I'm told my tires that I know are bad are not bad and the fat boy in back said " run them til they fall off". My tires are bad and I have 2 young kids. Also had them check my air. Now keep in mind I just bought this vehicle one of my tires was at 50 and the others all over the place and instead of putting the one at 50 down to 40 and bringing the rest up to 40 he filled them all to 50. That is a huge safety issue. Like I said I had my two small children in a new car and he filled them higher than they are even supposed to go for my tire spec. Now keep in mind it's also cold out. Tomorrow when it heats up again now I'm way way over. I'll never go to them for tire things again.

I purchased tires at Sam’s. One of the tires had a defect in the sidewall resulting in an unrepairable flat. There was still significant life/tread left that was covered under warranty. However, since I was not able to show that I rotated the tires every 6k miles with receipts they didn’t provide any credit/discount toward the replacement. Taking my business to Costco or Discount from now on.

Made appointment to swap out winter tires. Came back a week later when they could get me in. I got paged on the intercom. They said they could not do it because I didn't buy the tires there. They even had one off when they made this decision!!! This would have been great information to tell me a week ago when I made the appointment. Brian the GM said it is a reliability issue. Well, Walmart will do it and so will discount tire. Feel like Brian made that up when the same company (Walmart) would do it. No apologies offered!!! I went to discount tire, where I did NOT buy the tires, but they did it!!!!

Bought brand new tires from this store earlier this year. I hit a sharp metal object when driving that blew out one of the tires. This store did not replace it as I did not have receipts of tire rotation even though they knew the tires were purchased few months prior to the accident. One of the folks there Sergio is downright rude, accusatory and contradicts what the other staff members say. It’s clear they don’t want to honour what they promise customers when buying tires.

Based on the other recent reviews, I feel like I went to different place. Except for waiting a few minutes to get someone to the desk to start the installation process, everything went fine. New tires were installed in under 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Price was slightly lower than Costco's, and noticeably lower than some of the tire stores.
