Great place and super helpful and friendly people especially Shane got my car jacked up in under 2 minutes for a tire change, while tire kingdom kept my car for half a day just to tell me they can't put a jack under it.

You would think as a Sam's club member, you would get the best deals on tires, lol that's a joke. Please look into other shops in the area for better deals on new tires. I'm rethinking about this Sam's club membership. 😐

My mom and I came out of Sam’s club to find that out tired was flat. After going inside to ask about fix a flat, Ethan went out of his way and walked outside to look at our tire for us. He let us know he could repair our tire and not only did that but fit us into an already very busy day. We can not say enough about the customer service from Ethan and the entire department, they will definitely have our future business for any tire needs. Thanks again for turning a scary experience into an amazing one.

Super friendly and helpful service. I had a tire replaced and everything went smoothly despite the staff being overwhelmingly busy. I tried to call in but there was 3 people on hold before me. I went in to the club and there was a line of people waiting with 2 employees working as fast as they could. Seems like they could use more staff. Otherwise it was a great experience. I'll be going back soon for my battery replacement.

Very poor quality work. I ordered new tires and got them installed here, and I got my car back with the driver door covered in oily residue on the inside and out. I showed two employees pictures and neither offered to clean it until I started asking for a manager. Also, I checked my pressures and found every tire was filled to a different pressure, with none at the recommend pressure level. Never go to this location.
