Had to get a tire replaced as a last minute resort to get back on the road. They damaged my TPS sensor come to find out down the road. That was $350, and they lost my center rim cap and would not assume responsibility for all of the above. I don't recommend.

I’ve paid for two tires to get mounted and balanced, and they only got mounted now when I go on the highway my truck shakes a lot and when I return to the shop to explain it to them, they told me they were too busy and that they couldn’t do anything about it. They charge me for mount and balance. I would never recommend this place. Also the workers there always look high and smell like weed, poorly ran shop, if you want things done right don’t come here…

Watch them balance the tires. The guy doing mine was using used weights and some were falling off as he was hammering others on. The end result - a pile of different weights on one side and more 180 degrees away? I don't get it. Guess what, they fell off after driving 500 feet. Even after I put some RTV on them. And they don't even zero balance the tires. WHATS THE POINT???!!!!

Silly old me decided to call before looking at the reviews and asked how much it would be to install tires that I already have and they had the nerve to tell me $38 a piece this place should be ashamed of themselves. They should also change the person who's in the office because she's a very rude individual. She just hung up on me without saying you're welcome after I thanked her for her information. Terrible customer service.

I stopped by this shop to get a simple tire plug, and they quoted me $30—which, in my opinion, is outrageous for such a minor repair. I understand inflation, but that price was completely unreasonable. When I declined the service, the employee put the tire back on my car and then informed me there was a $10 service fee—for what exactly? This place seems more focused on squeezing every dollar out of customers rather than providing fair and honest service. Save yourself the frustration and go to Inlaws Used Tire Shop (1593 SE Village Green Dr Ste 7, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952), where they actually charge fair prices and treat customers with respect.

Bought a tire for my son from the shop and I was not even aware that my son has been a constant client of theirs for many years. Never had any issues until the wife of the owner Latoya tried to put the tire on and had difficulties with it. It took her 1.5 hours as it wouldn’t hold air but apparently she said all was good. Few weeks into it my son went on the road and almost flipped over because the tire came off the rim.and all the air along with it. I called the towing and had the car towed to them for replacement of defective tire. The worker apparently put the same tire on and said he should be good now. My son drove home, parked the car and few days later when he was heading to work same thing happened and he almost killed himself on the road when the tire came off the rim again. Called the shop to tell them what happened & the worker wasn’t able to help me so I asked to speak to the owner. He gave the phone to the wife Latoya and she has been absolutely rude & oblivious to my concerns. instead of trying to figure out what the problem is with the tire as she sold him the defective tire she became ignorant & rowdy with me and said its not her problem anymore and she can’t do anything about it. My son brought business to them for over 8 years and never had any issues with the husband. That's a second time in a month same tire same problem. Instead of keeping a customer satisfied and offer a resolution she chose to be obnoxious and said she doesn’t need customers like me after she made me mad with her demeanor. Please don’t go to her if you need any repair go to another shop if this is the way she chooses to treat the customers who are loyal to her husband’s business. She is incompetent and unprofessional and I will be filing a report with BBB as well and disputing the charges for defective service provided by her. I feel sorry for her husband to have a wife like this who destroys customer relations. Pure insanity!

I bought a tire for my passenger side a week ago which it came out to $60 for everything. Today I came to get my driver side I was told $68 *note for the same size tire. I didn’t have cash so they added 7% sales tax which made it to 72.74 when it was time to pay he manually put that price in. When it was time for me to tap my card the machine also taxed so it came out to 74.94 so pretty much I was taxed twice ! Not good business. I returned because I was treated fairly last time. I will not be returning in the future !

Dont recommend going unless last resort. Severely damaged both rims paint and ome valve stem leaking. They denied responsibility for the damage after I demanded resolution. They also tried to upcharge me to recycle the old used tires after the quote for the 2 tires. I had to dispose of the tires myself. Worst mount and balance I've overpaid for.

Cost $47 for any size used tire. The one I got was about 1/2 worn... I needed a tire quickly since mine was almost flat and had a nail on the side. This spot was the closest open spot to me. The guy working was nice and fast. Was finished in about 20 mins.

Terrible customer service. The one tall guy always has an attitude like he doesn’t even wanna work there anymore. He should probably look for a different job. This place will definitely overcharge you. One USED rinky-dink tire is $80 bucks. Ridiculous. Nothing but scammers.

Owner is great workers are incompetent and emotional unstable. Worker refused to torque my wheels to spec. When I noticed and asked for them to be set to the correct specifications I was met with a rude “no the gun does that” so what your telling me is you have either over or under torqued my wheels GREAT REAL PROFESSIONAL!?!?

Did me really dirty here. I never should have even took the chance at this place shame on me. Looks are not deceiving here when you look at this place. I just needed a tire swapped. I watched the dude struggle with the change the whole way. Brings the rim out looking like this and says I came in like that. The gouges were so new that the paint was still flaking off. All the workers looked at it and you could tell they knew. Owner wouldn’t even admit fault. Would offer refund. Wouldn’t off to split the bill Couldn’t even admit fault like a decent moral human. If she had taken accountability for her employee and her business I would have ate the loss. It was $38. This is about principal. That same woman running this business is picking “safe” used tires to sell you. Do not pay this business until you Inspect your rims. Take pictures before hand. Do not trust her to do the right things.

I've been using Bayshore Used Tires for the past 3 years. I send all my family and friends here. His prices are reasonably priced competitively to other uses tire shops. His shop has ties of almost any size in stock ready to mount and get you out quickly. The location is central to Port St Lucie and easy to find. They will also patch a tire if that is what you need.
