I wish I could give them 0 stars. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely worst service I have ever had. Had to make 3 separate appointments to get my tires changed, and after the third appointment, they STILL claimed to be unable to get my wheel off because of a swollen lug nut. I changed the lug nuts AS REQUESTED and brought my car back 2 more times. Same excuse. I literally took the wheel off two days prior to my third appointment to change my breaks when I switched the lugs. And now the manager claims to not have a tool to take the lugs off? He told me they do not have an impact wrench. How is that possible? You literally have one job to take off wheels and change tires and you do not have the most basic tool for that operation? Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS SAMS FOR NEW TIRE INSTALLS!!!!! I'LL SAY IT AGAIN AND SCREAM IT FROM ROOFTOPS: COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!

They told my that the could not repair my tire and that the hole was too close to the tire wall. They put on a new one but I requested to keep the “old” one. After seeing where the leak was, it was no where near the tire wall. I went to Discount Tire and they were SO MUCH NICER. They tried to call Sams Club to call them out, but they never pick up the phone. After though, seeing that sam’s club scammed me, they patched my old tire for free in a timely manner and sent me on my way. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE AND NOT SAMS CLUB!!!

The give excuses not to do headlight restoration every time I ask about this service. Excuses ranges from I have to make an appointment exclusively on the app, manpower shortage, or rain forecast.

I love our Sam's Club! Everyone is friendly, and a bonus for us is that it is about 1 mile away from where we live. We do our weekly shopping here and enjoy the experience everytime. We've been using the Scan n' Go app since it was released, and it blows our minds that more people don't do it. The convenience of not having to go through the slow, backed up checkout lanes is simply stunning. One more bonus: we love their cakes and cupcakes. We go here to supply my wife's monthly birthday party at work. Every now and then, I'll buy some of their baked cookies to take to class. Great store and great people.

Worse tire repair place. Took over 1 1/2 hrs to fix a leak in the tire. Don't buy anymore tires there because they now have all rookies running the tire center. Bad customer service in the tire Department. I think they got rid of all people that knew how to fix tires with people who dont know anything. The tire Department front desk lady was very rude. Never I had a issues before. I will be going to Costco from now on .

These mechanics are professional and great! My tire got a nail in it and I drove to this place on Sunday to take my chance. They fixed it in a hour and found two nails! Great Sam’s club service and I will come back for tire replacement in the future.
