Went to fill propane tank...."was asked, have you been here before?" "It's $20 plus tax..." U-Haul charges by the unit. Would not recommend these crooks. Would give a 0 if it let me.

Great price for gas and a fairly clean, if aged restroom. Coming from LA, we expected has to be much higher than we found it. It wasn't cheaper than LA, but was on par with most LA pricing.

If only I could get this kind of honest and no nonesense service and customer care from other businesses! They took care of an emergency car trouble for me and my fiance' in Santa Batbata fast, efficiently, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We were on a trip and noticed a screw in our tire. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and able to remove the screw, repair the tire, and get us on our way in no time! Thank you for saving our vacation!

I would not recommend using this shop. Rude and Unethical. I made the mistake of bringing them one of my cars and the man at the desk yelled and swore at me. He also tried charging me $550 for a brake job. The mechanic is nice, the guy working the shop is a joke.

The people who own the place were very rude to me. First telling me that i was taking too long to pump my gas. The gas is coming from YOUR pumps. Have faster pumps i guess? Then when I moved my car to the place where THEY told me to move it they told me my car couldnt be there because it was blocking cars that did not exist. 2 stars because the gas was cheaper than other places.

I only purchase gas from this local gas station. Every time I go, Ray is there with a smile on his face. He greets everyone. He is hard working and an honest person. He typically has the lowest gas prices in the area. I've also had a smog check, oil change, and tire repair by Ray. He is a great mechanic!

Total rip off. I brought in two 1 gallon propane tanks and they charged me $11 minimum on bowls. I ended up paying $26 for 2 gallons of propane and they were not flexible about it and I had also filled my gas tank there. The same thing would cost me eight to $12 at all of the other wonderful places that fill propane I will never come here again.

I would not recommend this location for service or Lyft inspection due to Elie Dubians unpleasant behavior and threatening to fail me over a lightbulb and overcharging for the bulb, $25 fee for a single lightbulb.

Definitely ripping people off with the gas. I had a empty tank and only put $10 to make it to carp to fill up with e85 and usually gives me 60 miles and when I turned on my car only had 19 miles math was adding up

If i could chose zero stars I would? Not the actual owner Ray (although he did make a false deal with me ) but his employees are very rude and not helpful at all I needed jumper cables to help a friend who was stuck literally across the street in the rain ? I asked if I could borrow them in exchange he could hold my license and credit card !? He very short and rude said sorry can't help you ! And walked away !! Very dis respectful and mean!

Unprofessional. Misleading gas prices. Pump shows .35 cents higher than the sign out front and they harass you as you park.

This was my first time going to this shop and it was a wonderful experience. I needed a smog check for my older truck on a Saturday and called several shops first due to the order of listings on Google, but the associates from the other shops were rude on the phone. Ray and his associate at Santa Barbara Gas, Propane & Smog were polite, professional & waited for me even though they were close to closing. They provided excellent service-and my dog liked them, which is rare. Thank you both!

Owner is a shitty person. Sits outside and refuses customers who pull up from out of state to get gas for no reason. Harassed me and threatened to call the cops on me before I could even enter the store. Wouldn’t trust this guy with my car much less my money. Sitting outside doing nothing when could be useful selling products or working on vehicles but instead harasses people’s

They refill propane. Seemed like really nice, humble people to me. Paid 30$ for almost eight pounds of propane, good price.
