I have to say the owner Lenny and the rest of the guys were absolutely phenomenal to work with they were caring they took their time, I have a 2013 focus and I'm telling you I had over $6,000 worth of damage. When I got in that car after they fixed it, first and foremost it looked brand new and it drove so much better than it ever driven before. I will completely say this is a 5 plus star place and now I have an auto body place that I will gladly take it again, thank you Lenny and to the rest of the guys thank you, Awesome Awesome job!!

I really liked Lenny at the desk. Overall they were good, except when my car was done we noticed someone in the Garage put a large scratch on my driver door. They buffed it out and I picked it up today. I suggest if you have a new car ask these guys to Not clean your exterior when they're done. My brand new (2022) Black paint is now filled with swirl marks.

I got rear ended and needed some work done. I rarely write reviews but everyone here was so kind and helped me through the whole process. They very clearly explained what I had to do in terms of insurance and car rental. Their work was amazing, my car came back way cleaner than I though it could ever be. When some insurance stuff got weird they took it upon themselves to really help me and get in touch with the right people to resolve it on the spot. You can really tell they care and they made me really comfortable in the whole process which I was new to. Will not be going anywhere else for any car issues and I will tell everyone I know that if they have car troubles this is the place to go.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was rear ended and selected them to repair my brand new car. From the moment I called them I knew I selected the right place. The woman on the phone was SO friendly and helpful. When I had additional questions, she set me up with Dave, who was also extremely helpful through the process. Saugus Auto Craft was very thorough and did a fantastic job fixing my car. They also washed it and I think they even detailed the inside (maybe not a full detail, but I didn’t bring it in that clean!). I would go back for any work if needed and I would highly recommend. The whole process was seamless and I knew my car was in good hands.

I brought my car in last week, unfortunately the insurance company deemed it a loss. From the moment I went into this business it was beyond professional. The man at the front who started to help was very friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable. Dave later helped me and was awesome, answered all questions and when I went to get my stuff was just as friendly. The worker who took of my plates was great. overall, it was perfect, especially being a woman with no car knowledge I highly recommend this place thank you again for such a positive experience

I had such a great experiene with this shop. From the treatment till how my car looked was perfect. They fixed my car so fast, and always gave updates in everything they were doing. They are organized, and help you understand everything they will be doing to your car. Sergio is an incredible, professional and nice person. I felt really confident leaving my car with them. Saugus Auto Craft is the best auto body shop I've been to. They have done several repairs to my car over the years. They do a great job. They're very helpful. For example, they help you get a rental if you need it. Their prices are reasonable if you don't go through insurance. They always have your car repaired very quickly. They're honest and reliable.

I had a horrible experience with Saugus Autocraft and would not recommend this shop to anyone. There were three major issues: 1. Unprofessional Communication - One of their phone representatives (David or Dan) was consistently rude. He would interrupt me mid-sentence but got easily offended if I asked a quick question while he was speaking. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking. 2. Poor Quality of Work - The shop had three tasks: • Fix a large cosmetic dent on the rear passenger-side fender • Replace the rear passenger-side wheel arch molding • Wet sand and buff light scratches on the taillight All three were either missed or poorly executed. • The dent was clearly still there. When I pointed it out, the owner told me I was “looking too closely.” Only after I showed him a photo did he admit it wasn’t done properly and offered to fix it - but after already waiting weeks, I couldn’t afford to leave my car there any longer. • The wheel arch molding wasn’t installed correctly until I pointed it out. • The taillight scratches weren’t even touched until I asked, and I had to wait another 20-30 minutes on site while they finally addressed it. 3. Botched Interior Cleaning - After finishing the job, they apparently cleaned the interior, but the cleaning made things worse. There were smudges and watermarks all over my car's gloss black surfaces and display screens, likely from dirty or low-quality towels. The interior looked worse than when I dropped the car off. It was so bad I had to clean it myself immediately after getting home because I couldn’t stand how gross it looked. To the owner’s credit, he did acknowledge the missed (exterior) items and was polite in person. But the fact that I had to point out every single issue, after weeks of waiting, is unacceptable. They clearly lack attention to detail and customer respect. I’m never going back.
