Dealership did not send title as requested to the bank from which we obtained our car loan. Contacted the bank, they did not receive any documents from the dealership. Contacted Georgia MVD, they have received nothing. Its been well over the 30 day limit dealerships have to transfer (almost 2 months now) and quickly becoming a legal issue.

A complete and utter mess. There’s a lot to mention. When I got there and mentioned the car I wanted, they “forgot” that the car was technically on sale. Good thing I had a screen recording of the listing or else they would’ve tried to go through the sale with the original price. Not only that, the listing also promised 6 months of warranty, which was not delivered in the contract. The only reason I didn’t press the issue is because I was moving out of state soon and wouldn’t be able to go to the location for any services anyway. But I bring it up regardless to any buyers who might be looking into purchasing a vehicle from here, only do it if you have no other options, and only do it *after* reading the fine print a million times. I still have that recording and copies of the documents we signed by the way so don’t try to argue with me. I bought the car in March but didn’t get all the title stuff situated until June. There is absolutely no reason for that to take so long. You certainly came up with every excuse in the book, though. That “extra key” they claimed to provide wasn’t even cut, and the mechanic they recommended couldn’t get the key fob working anyway so it was completely useless. And don’t pretend it’s because you just wanted to be nice and do it “free of charge”. The vehicle was listed as a keyless fob, which it was not, and that’s why they gave us that other key, which again didn’t end up working out anyway. The only reason I didn’t press *this* issue is because I am the only driver of the vehicle so having a second/electronic key didn’t matter very much given all the trouble we would’ve had to go through to get it done. And apparently service was “fast, fair, and handled professionally”? It’s hard to say that when half the time you wouldn’t answer the phone, and when you did you’d say you were busy and “you’d call back” which you never did. And again, it took 3 months after buying the vehicle for the forms to be properly processed. And it probably would have taken longer if my partner, who also left a review, wasn’t insistent on haggling to get things done. I’d avoid this place like the plague. The only saving grace was how quick the actual purchase was. They let us test drive and luckily the vehicle runs nicely, though the engine has its quirks. They also changed a tire for us when it was really low on treading, before I made the purchase.
