I’m sick with a cold, picked my kids up from school and got a flat , had the wrong spare in my trunk, it’s 20 degrees outside (I’m anemic af), left my wallet and then my phone died . I went in because my radio would stay illuminated even after my car was turned off and the door was open. The owner(I think his name is Moe) looked at it for me and let me know it was a glitch in the uconnect system. He was able to do a master reset and didn’t even charge me. He just wished me a Merry Christmas and sent me on my way :). Not to mention, I’ve taken my car in a couple times prior and they are pretty reasonable. Good people
