Would not recommend. The guy at the checkout tried to force me to take the receipt multiple times despite my saying I didn’t want it. I came there for a tire change, not paperwork. Unprofessional, and really acting like a bunch of kids.

Amazing place! I'm not from the area, but it was the closest tire shop when I got a flat. They were incredibly quick with their service, the inside of the waiting room was super clean and the entire staff was so friendly. Since I was a first time customer they even weren't going to charge me. If I get a flat tire again, I just hope it's close to Save On Tire Complete Auto!!!

My response to their reply is that I originally wasn’t even going to explain why I left the one star review but for one you definitely worked on my car, a 2015 Chevy Malibu it’s probably under the name Richard Jackson if you want to look that up. Truthfully, I just feel like I got lied to. you guys told me the reason my car is pulling is because i need to get this fixed, so i said okay and I got it fixed and it’s still pulling from side to side. What’s weird is I let one of you guys drive my car so you can see that it’s still pulling and he lies and says that it’s not pulling. You can feel it pulling when you go 60,70,80 and sometimes 50 mph. Also I told you guys that my auto stop is turning off my center console every time I break so you suggested a bypass and you said that it will also clear the p305f code but it did not. Maybe it didn’t clear the code because u guys didn’t reset my car’s computer but idk. So yeah u guys pretty much just scammed me out of $1000

I’m so grateful to have honest people like Moe and his team. Rest assured you’re getting the best price and quality service done on your car. This whole shop treat you like family. Not to mention they’re fast and when they get you a date of service to be completed. It’s always been before the estimated time. When my car broke down and I had to be the work the next day they did my car and got me back going. I can’t write enough reviews to express the kindness and appreciation this shop has shown me. Moe is absolutely amazing! I am so happy and relieved. I was only given 7 days to address issues on my new car from Carvana and he made sure they remained accountable and kept their word to fix my car. He went above and beyond to make sure they fixed all 4 of my rusted brakes. Moe’s presence and customer service is beyond the business I felt like I was conversing with a trusted family member. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs from here forward. It’s hard to find someone you can trust to work on your car so I believe I found a winner!
