Stay away or bring ya gangsta cousin. They are rude unprofessional & don't respect women@all. I called then he got smart no reason then hung up in my face then ignors my call. This is the same kind that won't guarantee his work & cheat woman. Going to the Valvoline shop on Gratiot b4 7mile or their shop on Gratiot & Glenfield across from 9th precinct Where they respect me & don't take advantage nor over charge.

Top Automotive will not leave your car sitting in his garage making excuses. It will service your car rather it is a Chevrolet or Mercedes-Benz they service them all if is a drivetrain or complete engine replacement they will have you in and out complete Most engine jobs will not take them no longer than a week I have done business there for many years I refer all of my friends and family for quick clean reliable treatment.

Went there for a tire in an emergency situation. The guy who came out tried to ream me for an excessive amount of money because he knew I needed a tire badly. When I said the amount was very high and could he lower the price a little, he got super nasty and refused business by lying and saying he didn't have any tires after telling me to pull into the bay. He really made me angry by wasting my time.

Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible customer service! They are rude and disrespectful. I've managed a very successful mechanic shop for 4.5 years. I firmly believe that ALL customers should be treated with respect regardless of age, sex, and diversity. I tried to teach people and show people what was wrong with their car and what repairs were needed. I never pushed unneeded repairs or maintenance. I never took advantage of a unknowledgable customer. I no longer do that kind of work and my girlfriend wanted to get her car fixed. She took it here and they gave her a ridiculous estimate. I called to simply and politely how the bill was detailed and he refused to give any prices over the phone and said hell only talk to me if I come in to his shop and hung up. I called back and he ignored 4 of my calls before picking up and saying "what did I tell you. You dont understand?" And hung up again. So if this is how they treat potential customers, just imagine how poorly they will treat you when you have a problem with their work, which I'm sure you will. I will be fixing her car myself this weekend and I know it will be done right. Long story short. Only go to honest and respectful places. You are spending a lot of money to keep your vehicle safe and reliable. The least they can do is show some respect
