The customer service I received was great and I had no issues with communication. However, the attention to detail just isn’t there. Find another body shop if you care about your vehicle or don’t have time to continuously bring it back to the shop to have them fix additional damage they caused. I’ve attached pictures of the most obvious issues with the paint job they did. Lots of orange peel, paint drips and running, spots with missing clear coat, and just an overall lack of prep before they painted.

The guys at Schneider Auto Body did a perfect job on my Expedition. A few weeks ago unfortunately I backed into my garage with the liftgate opened damaging it pretty badly. It is aluminum so it needed to be replaced and also needed a new plastic trim, emblems, etc. I decided to go through my insurance and just pay the deductible. I took my car to Schneider because they had the best reviews and they were also very quick replying to my questions. I took the car there and they took care of everything, dealt with the insurance and make sure they would cover the replacement of all original parts. They kept me updated during the entire process and when the car was ready I went to pick it up and it looked great, they even washed it and polished it. All I had to do is pay my insurance deductible and I was on my way home. It is never fun to deal with car repairs, but stuff happens and these are definitely the guys you want to take care of your car. Thank you!

These guys were awesome from start to finish. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. This was a collision and I wanted to limit the payment as much as possible for the girl that hit me. I asked for a few different bids… one to cover everything if she wanted to go through insurance and one that covered the majority of it, if she wanted to avoid insurance. They were happy to give me the separate bids. I got a second bid at another body shop and they shamed me for wanting to help the girl out and giving her a cash option. When I saw their bid, I instantly knew why. Their cash bid was several hundred higher and their insurance bid was several thousand higher. I couldn’t believe how quick the car was finished and when I went back to get the car, the technician came out and showed me what they did and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Definitely recommend this company

Quality work, genuine people 👌 They worked on my Audi A7, replacing my front bumper with an aftermarket one. Even though they usually use OEM parts, they respected my preference, double-checked fitment and quality, and kept me in the loop the whole way. They also repaired peeling paint on my door and rear bumper, and when they found a fender that had been poorly fixed by another shop, Mike even helped me get a better replacement for less. What stood out most was how much they cared not just about the car, but about me being happy with the results. They treated my Audi like their own, and it honestly feels brand new. I left with a huge smile, which says it all!

Man I feel bad it has taken me so long to post this, but life seems to get in the way. 7 months ago I was T-boned in my new 5 month old 2025 Acura RDX by a driver who ran a red light. The damage was so extensive the tow truck driver took the car to a salvage lot. The insurance company wouldn’t total it and so based on the advice of my Acura dealer I got the guys at Schneiders involved. They determined it was fixable and Mike took it from there. He handled the complex insurance negotiations and kept me informed from beginning to end. Rebuilt the car with all OEM parts and equipment. Long story short, when they finished the car looked like it had just left the showroom. It was pristine and Mike even had it detailed for me. The car still drives like brand new. Mike and their team is the best!

I highly recommend coming to Schneider to get an estimate or your collision damage repaired. I had a great experience at Schneider, they have a quick and accurate estimate on collision repairs before taking the body of the car off. They were attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. More damage was found on my vehicle after they removed the body a they reached out to advise me. They made this stressful process with insurance a lot less stressful with their professionalism and helped explain whatever I didn’t understand. Let’s hope I don’t get into another collision in Utah but if I do I’d go back to them.

These guys are awesome. Ive been using them for around 7 years. Thankfully rarely, but when I do need them they give me a good quote and quality work that they stand behind. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. My car still looks new and matches with the older paint on my car. Clean lines and a quality clear coat. They are amenable to timelines and making sure the damage gets repaired appropriately. I'll be using them again!

Take this as your warning to stay away from Schneider Auto Body. I made the mistake of thinking that friendly people and good customer service would translate into honest, high quality work, but unfortunately I couldn’t have been more wrong. I took my truck in a few years ago after my door got damaged. Schneider was very friendly and responsive, and the paint looked great when I picked it up. However, the door had a persistent rattle noise that I returned three times over the next two weeks trying to get them to fix. Each time they “tightened things up” and shrugged their shoulders as to why the noise was present. After the third time I gave up and figured I would just have to live with it. Fast forward to today, when I needed to remove the door panel to replace the mirror. What I found was that Schneider had broken every clip off the door and then glued the interior door panel directly to the metal. This makes it impossible to replace the mirror (or the window, window motor, etc.) without physically breaking the door panel off and having no way to put it back together afterwards. It also means that the three times I took time off work to have Schneider look at the the rattle, they knew exactly why it was rattling (because they broke off everything that holds the door panel snug against the metal!). Rather than own up to their mistake and make it right, they lied to me each time and pretended it was some great mystery unrelated to their work. Finally, as if having them damage my truck, cover up the damage, and then lie to me repeatedly wasn’t bad enough, the paint only lasted a year before it started to bubble and the clear coat peeled off. Your paint will look great the day you pick it up, but look at my photos if you want to know what it will look like after some time has passed. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Don’t get fooled by the friendly faces and good customer service or you’ll pay for it in the end where it really matters: honesty and quality.

These guys were above and beyond to take care of my Mazda after a hit-and-run that damage the whole side of my car. Not only did they fix what was damaged they went above and beyond to polish my headlights and buff out some scratches from a previous incident. The team here at Schneider , especially Mike, were extremely attentive to answer any questions Throughout the weeks they had my car.
