Trey was absolutely amazing helping my dad find the perfect Buick. He was incredibly patient, informative, and attentive throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about his customers—he was kind, never pushy, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt comfortable and well taken care of thanks to him. ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience at Schumacher WPB My car has been sitting at Schumacher in West Palm Beach for over 3 months waiting for a repair that is fully covered under warranty, and there is still no resolution. The lack of communication is unbelievable — no calls, no real updates, and every time I reach out, I get a different excuse. This is completely unacceptable for a dealership of this size. A warranty is supposed to protect customers, not turn into a never-ending nightmare. I’ve wasted an incredible amount of time, dealt with constant frustration, and received zero accountability. Once they have your vehicle, customer service disappears. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your car here. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

In regards to service, they’re taking in way more than they can handle - 2024 GMC Canyon dropped off for its appointment on January 28th Still no word on whats going on & still no date on when it will be check by a tech. Scheduling team wake up 3 weeks wasted with no car and no loaner, spending money on a rental Unacceptable and don’t respond with your concerns are noted. Get to work and work on your scheduling. Simple - don’t take in what you cannot complete in a timely manner

I’m a new Buick Owner and this is only my second visit but both times Nick, the service advisor was absolutely wonderful. He has really great customer service skills and went above and beyond. James did a decal removal for me in the service dept and he did a great job and was super helpful. After years of dealing with another nearby dealership getting ripped off and treated poorly, I am so happy to now be a Buick owner. The experience is night and day.

I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. I made an appointment for 9AM and was in my truck pulling out of the parking lot by 9:40. I was delighted. It was the quickest experience I’ve had a dealership. It was too good to be true. Driving home my truck began to overheat. I thought maybe it’s a one off thing and I’ll get home shut it off and next time I go drive it will be fine. I was wrong. It overheated again instantly. I popped the hood to see my radiator cap sitting inside the engine bay with radiator fluid covering the engine bay. I appreciate a quick service experience but fast is only good if it’s done right. My first experience at Schumacher West Palm and will probably be my last. I emailed the service department for a manager to reach out to me but have had no response so the public should know about this

I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere (non Buick model), but i still wanted to leave a review regarding Trey Jacques (sales advisor), I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle a couple of weeks ago and was test driving a few different makes/models from different brands and when I came in to test drive the Buick Envista, I worked with Trey and it was such a pleasant experience, no pressure, hassle-free, and the test drive experience was great, Trey answered all my questions and was extremely versed in the Buick model lineup and all the ins and outs of the vehicle that I was test driving. I ended up going with a different vehicle make but that had nothing to do with Trey or this dealership (just personal preference). I would highly recommend going in and seeing Trey if you are in the market for a Buick or GMC.

Exceeded my expectations! My salesman Shak was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I was being offered. Damien also went the extra mile, and made the finance process as painless as possible. Sales manager Nick personally came over and introduced himself at one point during the sales process. A bit of miscommunication was swiftly and helpfully addressed by Janet in customer service. Other employees in the dealership went out of their way to be helpful and hospitable. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Schumacher, and with my new car!

Bought a new truck recently and it couldn't have went any better....everyone was amazing, helpful and surprisingly easy to deal with.... I've bought a few cars over the last couple years. And it's always a hassle and a headache never look forward to it. And like I said, this was surprisingly easy they gave me what I wanted from my trade and they met the price that I wanted to pay for the new truck. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Most of us dread the thought of buying a car at a dealership. I typically do not leave reviews either, but in this case I'm taking the time. I'm 61 years old and have to say this was honestly the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales rep, Vivian Dorantes was truly a delight to deal with. She works in the new car section however had no problem when I leaned towards used. She was knowledgeable about all makes and models, different body styles, accessories, etc. She was able to address all questions and concerns while showing patience and absolutely no pressure. She assisted in helping me to pick out the perfect vehicle to suit all of my needs. Highly recommend her and if she's not available then ask for Justin Lamont.

I have taken my GMC Sierra 1500 for both services since my initial purchase. I have a recall and an issue with the driver seat, and I’m told I need to leave the truck for 2-3 days before they’ll even look at it. No loaner or rental will be offered until after diagnosis. I’m respectful if they’re that busy, but telling me I have to leave it there for 2-3 days without them even looking at it is horrendous.

Extremely Disappointing & Dishonest Experience… Buyer Beware.. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with Shakir Williams at Okeechobee Buick was completely unacceptable and felt intentionally misleading from start to finish. I clearly explained that I was looking to lease a 2026 Buick Envista with leather seats, moonroof, white exterior, and all three convenience packages. Shakir told me he found exactly what I was looking for — a Sport Touring Envista with all the add-ons. We discussed numbers, went back and forth, agreed on a monthly payment, and I signed paperwork for that specific vehicle. I was excited and had no problem waiting since the car wasn’t yet on the lot. I spent an entire day at the dealership, and was then sent home with a loaner car for a week, which I appreciated. After that week passed with no updates, I called Shakir myself. He returned my call the next day and said the car would be ready that afternoon. When I arrived at the dealership, I immediately saw a white Envista parked out front — except it was not the car I signed for. It was a lower trim model with: • no black rims • a different front grille • no leather seats • no moonroof In other words, a completely different car. When I asked what happened to the vehicle I signed on, I was told “it was sold.” How does a car that already has signed paperwork get sold to someone else? To make matters worse, Shakir then tried to push this inferior vehicle on me, saying he would “paint the rims and add leather seats.” That is not what I agreed to, and no reputable dealership operates that way. It felt like a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. I even told him I would be flexible with the exterior color (black instead of white) if it meant getting the features I wanted. His response was, “You being lenient is taking the car that has what you wanted.” The car had nothing I wanted aside from being the same model and color. This was also my first time purchasing a vehicle, and I had my father with me, who is not fully fluent in English. It genuinely felt like Shakir was attempting to take advantage of both the language barrier and my lack of dealership experience. Thankfully, I walked away. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted with excellent service at Delray Buick, where I was treated honestly and respectfully. Save your time, money, and stress… go to a different dealership.

My experience at Schumacher was exceptional. I purchased a 2026 Buick Envista Avenir. The entire process to purchasing my vehicle was seamless. My salesperson Stephen was very nice and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the steps and always made sure I was comfortable (offering drinks a snack). The finance manager Damien was super nice as well. I’m happy to say I was lucky enough to come into your dealership looking for a vehicle (truck) specifically. It’s been very hard To get into a low vehicle after going through a long fight with bone cancer in my left leg, so I knew I needed something that was higher off the ground. The beautiful part of your dealership was dealing with your salesman Shakir, You are very lucky to have him at your dealership. I wish the numbers worked a little better, but it still is a good deal and I never felt high pressure and it was a very pleasant experience. The finance woman, I believe her name is Tylyn Was wonderful and she’s also another asset to your company. We love the new truck and you have a very wonderful group of people working at your dealership. It would’ve been nice if someone in charge came out to greet me and my wife or thank us for joining your family, but not the end of the world.. Thank you again for a pleasant experience. Yafem was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept everything transparent, and made sure the process moved quickly without any pressure.
