I can’t say enough good things about this company! About a month ago all of my lights came on and my car was not drivable. I took it to a different care place and they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even looked at it, and that was with an appointment. I then brought it to Scott’s complete car care and they found the problem and solved the issue within a day! They are so kind and hard working! Today my car wouldn’t start and my battery was completely dead. They came to my house, jumped my car and lead me to their shop. They offered to fix it right then for me so I “wouldn’t be inconvenienced”. Absolutely amazing company filled with amazing people.

I have taken my car to Scott's twice now when I got the scary Check Engine light. The key is to take your car in to them as early after they open as possible. Both times I dropped my car off early in the morning and had a phone call from them the same day with an update. They are fast, reliable, and very kind. I trust them to take care of my car.

I have a 1990 dodge ram 150d that use to be my dads. Every now in then it needs some care due to its age. Ive been to several shops around town. All great service and mechanics, just real pricey. My first time with Scott's and I got everything I needed done at a great price compared to many others I have used. That same week jiffy lube changed my oil in a v6 car i own,no fancy oil, for around 100 dollars. Scott's did my v8 truck in the 40s$ range!!! They were busy and for the several things I had fixed and done, including my ac, it was out in just a few days. They have won my service. I have never used Scott's Complete Car Care and was in a bind due to a faulty starter. I took my keys to them at noon and my car was ready to drive away by 5. The service was friendly, the mechanic was very knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair. I can't say enough about how great my experience was. They went above and beyond to get me on the road again. Scott’s is great! I can’t recommend them enough. I originally came in because my battery had died, and AutoZone told me it was getting enough voltage. I knew I had a loose idler pulley, but I was pretty sure the alternator had issues as well. They replaced the belt and pulley, but assured me the alternator was giving enough voltage. Unfortunately, the alternator did end up failing 700 miles later. I was initially confused why they told me the alternator was good, so talked with some mechanics I’m friends with in Houston. Since there was a new battery and belt, the voltage reading wouldn’t have shown that the alternator was starting to fail. I’m actually very appreciative that they didn’t try to sell me an alternator when they believed that I didn’t need it, even though I eventually did. Most other shops seem to always try to sell repairs you don’t actually need. They put in a new alternator for a very reasonable price, but after getting the car back a check engine light came on for an O2 sensor. Although bad wiring from a previous repair was likely the cause (used car), they covered the cost of the O2 sensor since they couldn’t prove it wasn’t their fault. Most honest shop I’ve worked with and they’ll continue to be my go-to mechanic in Lubbock.

Took my 2018 GMC Terrain in to check on a potential oil leak. They explained upfront that this particular car has a unique oil pan design and may not be serviceable by then. They said they would take a look and let me know. Car was reviewed in an hour and no problem found but they clearly explained why oil service tech may have thought there was an issue. This place is great, friendly and courteous staff, they geothermal job done quick, and is reasonably priced. I had car trouble, and was a few minutes late arriving here. The closing employee was walking to his car when he saw me pulling up. Instead of telling me they had closed a few minutes ago, he helped me out. This was ages ago, but every time I stop in for something I have a great experience.

10/10 Scott’s is amazing: great customer service, honest and fair pricing, and a very knowledgeable team. I did a night drop-off of my girlfriend's 2018 Chevy Sonic, and the next morning they called me with the cause and a fix. The PCV valve had gone out. They informed me that it was integrated into the valve cover and that it would need to be replaced. They got it done within the next day; it took two days total. That is an amazing turnaround time. It’s been 2 weeks, and the car is still running better than before. I will continue to take her car there as well as recommend Scott's to other people. I can’t thank their team enough. Honest, trustworthy team.

My brake line broke off from my front driver side caliper and Scott's was able to get it replaced and repaired all in the same day! The part was not easily available, but the technician went above and beyond to find the part locally to get the job done! Not only did they do everything quickly and correctly, they were able to get me a great price out the door for an emergency repair that I was not expecting. They also offered a 1 year 12000 mile warranty for their work so I can feel secure that it'll be taken care of in the case anything goes wrong. I'd highly recommend Scott's for any of your vehicle's needs.

They persuaded me to replace an engine mount when I went in for a new belt and boy am I glad they did. My car feels like new. When I started it I wasn't sure it had started becuase my whole world wasn't vibrating. 😂 Take ur car to Scotts. I'm always happy with their work.
