Nice people. The manager, Joe, helped me look for some tools to help change my license plates. He even took his time to help me find the ones that fit. When none of them fit, he had his employee, Raymond, change them for me at no cost at all! I was impressed.

Worst service ever. They took 3 hours to have an inspection on my flat tire and eventually suggested me to get a new one. The technician left right after getting my car done so the staffs had to figure out the paperwork themselves. They got things mixed up with another vehicle and had to go back and fix it. It was truly a mess and very unprofessional. I wasted my 3 hours here waiting.

Had to stop in and get a tire looked at via road hazard (ALWAYS get the #roadhazard). Turned out the tired needed to be replaced and the service guys explained why and what they could do prior to just replacing (this is a huge step that most skip over and just replace it) The service was quick and easy, even considering it was fairly busy. Overall, great experience and might make this my go to Walmart car care center...maybe.

2022 Walked in and the service manager greeted me - Cameron. Needed to get a new battery and rear wiper replacement. Everyone was very friendly and I received quick service 2019 they were short staffed as called around to another Wal-Mart to get me fixed quickly. Way to go above and beyond 2018 Quick service on tire repair

They're very short staffed. Decent customer service if you're able to be seen. Scheduled an appointment in store with an associate for the next day, she said it would be at 7am. The next morning I arrived at 7 and they were still closed, I waited a bit and by 7:30 I decided to just go in the store and track down a manager. The manager was very kind, explained that that they're short staffed and helped me find another store that could fix my tire. I went to the Walmart on 82nd & Milwaukee and was seen instantly. If you're not in a rush to get your car seen, this store isn't a terrible option.

My oil light came on the previous night and I knew I needed an oil change. Browsed around to find a place that opened early in the morning to ensure I would be able to make it to work on time. I arrived at the Auto Center by 7:05 and was checking out (oil change done by 7:30. I am impressed with the level of service that I received. Will definitely keep the Auto Center in mind for any future car needs.

This is the second time I've used Walmart for my car. The first time was early in the morning before a trip, the guy patched up my car no problem. So nice as well! The second time is why I'm writing a review. Two associates, Damian and Justin, are two people I would consider to have Grade-A customer service! Quick and helpful, making sure I was aware of everything- with a bit of humor to calm my nerves of having to buy a new tire. Great people - wonderful service!

The policy has always been if you purchase tires from Walmart, they mount them for free. This time I was told it was gonna be like an extra $30 for mounting them. I've gone here multiple times and always got free mounts. Did you change the policy or were your employees just confused?? I never told them I wanted the tires balanced or rotated either, I didn't need that.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They really deserve 0 stars. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour to have 2tires installed even though I scheduled an appointment. After checking and seeing EVERYONE GONE I was told they were in a meeting 🙄 very unprofessional to have the entire auto bay empty with cars lifted and just waiting to be worked on. I had an appt so I would not be late to my next appt. Making an appt at this location is a joke!!! When technician returned, after 1 1/2 hrs they began to talk with friends, I attempted to speak to a technician and he tried to ignore me!!😡. He finally acknowledged me and asked who would be working on my car/tires…..he said he would be and would be done in 20minutes!! WHY DID IT TAKE OVER 2HRS WHEN HE CAN DO IT IN 20MINUTES!! ONLY TO GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE AFTERNOON TO SPEND SITTING AND WAITING. I asked to speak with the manager named Rick but of course he was never available.

The tire light went on - so I went on my lunch break and they fixed the hole from a small nail. They didn't check any of the other tires though - bc the tire light was on when I had gotten back to work! So spent the next day on my lunch break to get it checked out - and there was a small hole in the other tire. Cool. Two days later - the tire light comes on again!! I just went to the dealer this time - and they said that the patch was done horribly and it had actually made the tire unable to be patched again. These tires are less than a year old and now I have to buy a whole new tire!!

Went in during cold weather early morning a hour before work with no other vehicle in line to have a low tire checked. Only to be checked in and standing in the cold for about 20 min to be told nothing what to do next? Heavy set Latino with glasses who attended me went back to service only vehicle in side and left me in the cold wondering what to do next? Went in and spoke to auto lead how apologized for the inconvenience. Next being told the tire was not able to be patched by the original heavy set Latino with glasses who clearly was upset by my actions and needed to replaced. Running late for work and needed to get things rolling purchased a new tire to be on my way. I don't think I needed a new tire I think this Walmart employee had to get revenge on me for my speaking up on my behalf. Worst service at this location. Time and time again. They broke my sister tire sensor with no remorse. Just today I went to purchase automotive product and the guy in front of me complained about oil change over charged. I never complain but things up to Karma. Heavy set

Took my car here for an oil change before I drove home to Fortworth on my way home the drain plug fell off. Never in my life have I heard of this happening now my engine is screwed my car is basically totaled and worthless thanks Walmart auto care they really know what they’re are doing over there.

Would like to leave zero stars, but I can’t. Went in for an oil change and was there for over 2 hours. Was initially told it would take 45 minutes max since there was only me and one other car. After an hour and a half of no notice my service had started I had to ask customer service about my car. The desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Didn’t finish until another 45 minutes had passed. Only reason I stayed was because they had my keys, and were ‘working on it’ the whole time.

The worst experience I ever had at Walmart Autocare. I booked an appointment at 9:30am, and I dropped off my car 10 minutes early. It took almost two hours for an oil change. Even though I have an appointment, I have still waited for 2 long hours. And at the front desk, the staff is very lazy; even though there are two front desks, only one man is handling the payments. I don't know what the heck the other lady was doing, just standing and waiting for people. It's a lot better to use other stores for oil changes to avoid service as bad as this.
