Friendly service. They didn't take too long. What I didn't care for is that tire rotation is offered but not executed. Worse yet is that they only did 2 of the 4 tires and I know this due to tire pressures differing on front and rear wheels. So you get a front tire with a rear wheel pressure (70psi) and the other front tire has the appropriate front tire pressure (60psi), meaning only 2 tires got swapped front to back. Not only that, why would techs not care to look at tire pressure?! Makes me wonder how they do the rest of the world they supposedly do.

I bought a used Yukon from them. Love my car, but this is the second time it has been in the service department. Both times it has to stay because they don't have the person who works on that problem, or some other reason. I took it in on Monday. She told me it would be 3-4 days. Called today(Wednesday) and was told that it hasn't been looked at yet and it says in notes that she told me 4-5 days. Humm that's not what I heard! The man said she would call me back in a little bit. Never got a call, and I know that they are closed now! I'm going to Dallas on Sunday and need my car! If my warranty will transfer, I will definitely take it elsewhere. They called today (Thursday) and said they might be able to get it done by Monday! The maintenence was finished, but the system update couldn't be done yet. NOPE! I went and got it. 9 days for a system update! Took it straight to another shop. Will be done tonight. I will not be returning.

The customer service was excellent! I was there for an oil change and Vehicle Health inspection. Brendon took very good care of me, I told him when I left to always keep his good manners and respectful courtesy to others! I drive 100 miles to get my vehicle serviced there. It's more trouble for me, but the service department makes it worth it. I really like the special offers I get for basic maintenance and the points program that allows me to earn points to use towards service or parts. I always make an appointment, so I get fast, efficient service.

I Bought a used suburban in November of 2020. DVD system did NOT work. We agreed when the transaction happened that DVD system would be fixed. The dealership held up their end of the deal. The DVD system works now. The service department is unsatisfactory. Not only have I had to bring the purchased suburban in 4 times, but they damaged the dash each time they’ve had it. I’m appalled by the carelessness of the workers they had working on it. So now, I have to bring it in yet again for the damages to be repaired...when the parts are ordered. This is the first and last time I will do business with this establishment. The service department finally made everything right. 3/17/21

I had my car towed to the dealership after I the "check engine light came on and saw smoke billowing out of the back end of the car. The service rep, Joshua Webb told me that inspection of the car would be about a week away. After I explained that the Trax was the only car I had, he checked with his manager and arranged to have the car inspected before the weekend. I was astounded when I got a phone call from him that the work was completed before the original inspection date. Mr. Webb was not present when I went to pick up my car, but Brendon Jernigan took his place. I had questions about the work that was completed and Brendon tried to find the technician who did the inspection. As it turned out, the technician was out on a test drive; however, Mr. Jernigan remembered my request and several minutes later, returned to report to me the technician's answers to my questions. Frankly, I had not expected this level of service, but was gratified at the responsiveness of the team's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Absolute worst service experience I have had. I have a new vehicle with an issue with the external connection, onstar/internet. I drive up for my appointment and am told it will be 12 days before they can look at it but I have to leave the car there, can’t set it up and come back then probably a month or more for the part to come in. No loaner option and even though it drives fine I can’t just bring it up there in 12 days and back when the part comes in. No I have to leave my brand new car for maybe 2 months for no apparent reason .
