Took my car to them they told me it had a strong and good motor and then told me I needed new heads then told me I needed a new motor so they did that and a transmission also charged me like crazy guess he figured I was made of money because every time he said something was wrong I’d say ok got it home and drove it and the transmission slips the engine is squeaking and they didn’t put the front clip back broke my spoiler they replaced the spoiler witch was good but motor work was not done right you drive the car and after a little bit just turns off. Spoke to the owner and he tells me I have no warranty smh will never use this guy and will make sure I tell everyone this place does bad work and should be ashamed to be called Raider in there name very incompetent place.

Changing my review cause they made one of my issues right but still won't take my car here again I needed a mass air flow sensor the dealership told me to go here since this is who they use so took it here first gotta say this was a sign when one of the mechanics said where is the cabin filter and kept saying math air flow sensor instead of mass I told him it's mass he said no math omg then come to find out my mass air flow sensor looked used after was told going to replace it service engine light kept coming on because of that. Never again will I take my car here. I took it somewhere else they got me all fixed up.

This is a credible, professionally certified staffed business that does all they can to help keep your car , any car, in good running condition. There isn't a single automotive shop on this planet that can diagnose immediately what could be wrong with a vehicle, and have the necessary parts on hand, and a time slot to immediately get busy on it. Found their card at a resturant and decided to give them a try. I had been wanting a lift kit done on my Jeep Wrangler but didn’t know what kit to use or have the knowledge to install it. I gave them a call and told them what I wanted done. They assured me they would find the best lift kit that will suit my needs. Within an hour I had a quote conveniently emailed to me with a complete breakdown on parts and labor. Their price was the best i found in town so I went ahead and told them to get it done. They ordered the kit and I brought my jeep to them the morning after the parts came in and it was done SAME DAY! it looked and drove GREAT!! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back the the guys at raider automotive for all my vehicle needs!

I had come here multiple times for a few different issues over the years. But these last few times were for fixing my AC unit. All was well and good until one of the bolts holding the compressor snapped. I’m not around the area anymore and so I called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. For all that it was worth, they did nothing and flat refused to help. The owner, David Castillo, intentionally dodged my calls and messages. I called him from my number: no answer. I called him again from a fake number seconds after and he picked up. On top of everything, he replaced my condenser twice within a year and charged me both times. This place is alright but you better hope they don’t screw something up or else you’re the one that’s screwed. I’d warn everyone I know to steer clear.

I took my Atlas to the Volkswagen dealership and they said it was, one thing that they fixed it. But two months later it was right back to where it was "not working right." I took it in to Raider Automotive and they call me back the next day, with the problem and a quote. The lady at the front desk was very polite and kind and any questions I had, she would answer or would get back to you with quickly. The car was in and out with no problems and I have not had any other problems with it. I didn't have a way to pick it up, so they brought it to me.
