I found a jewel of an auto repair shop. Integrity Auto Services Lubbock is the place. Repairs at dealerships can be costly if your vehicle isn’t under warranty. Auto Technician Glen is really smart, friendly and honest. Very fair pricing and excellent repairs performed. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure.

We found ourselves in an unexpected stressful season of car problems and didn't really know where to turn. After seeing their commercial we decided to call and schedule a diagnostic on our car. Right from the start we were received with kindness and professionalism by the owners and technicians at Integrity Auto Services Lubbock. Not only were they knowledgeable with evident expertise in automotive mechanics, but they went above and beyond to communicate with honesty and transparency every step of the way through diagnosing, price quotes, and repair of two vehicles. We had delayed much needed repairs out of insecurities about who we could trust, but they did an excellent job and now the fear is gone! I would absolutely recommend Integrity Auto Services for your car repair needs! My experience I was driving back from a visit with family, and was down to the last six hours of a three day road trip when my car broke down! There, I was stranded at 2 am. on destered New Mexico highway trying to quickly decide what auto repair shop I should have AAA tow my vehicle to!!!! As a woman, I have learned, several times, the hard way that you must be very careful about who you pick to work on your vehicle. I have lost a lot of money learning these lessons. When I searched how far a 200-mile tow would take me, it ended up being in Lubbock, Tx. I then searched online and found a repair shop called 'Integrity' the information explained that it was family owned, that they were fair and honest and, the kicker for me was the website photos of Integrity auto aervices working on police vehicles. I chose Integrity Auto repair, there on that dark deserted highway, as the place my vehicle would be towed 200 miles for repairs. Oh, how very grateful I am that I chose Integrity Auto repair! Integrity replaced a bad alternator on my vehicle along with performing car diagnostics, all done at a very fair price, providing excellent quality work and service. Since the repair, I finished the last 6 hours of that cross-country journey, and everything was running better than ever. I highly recommend Integrity Auto repair shop to anyone who appreciates having peace of mind, knowing that your vehicle will be repaired honestly and with fairness and high standards of service. If I lived in Lubbock, Integrity auto services would be the only auto repair shop I would take my vehicle to for repairs ever again. 💯 Thank you, Integrity Auto Services! You are amazing 🙌

I recently used Integrity Auto Services for the first time and am highly impressed. The technician, Glen, is extremely knowledgeable. I brought my vehicle in with several known issues and Glen not only diagnosed the specifics related to those, he also found some other underlying issues that were contributing to the poor performance of my vehicle by causing things like air flow and fuel mixture problems that were resulting in poorer mileage. One of those underlying problems was a part that, unbeknownst to me, had apparently been damaged during a previous repair (at a different shop) and had been taped together and “rigged” in place. Glen explained how this allowed not only the air flow problem to occur - but also contributed to another problem by allowing dirt and debris to affect other functions. Yes, the repairs were expensive - as are nearly all automotive repairs these days. But, I felt the pricing definitely was fair - and lower than it would’ve been at many other shops - given the number of parts needed and the labor involved. (Some of the things I elected to go ahead and have done were things that were not immediately critical - but were recommended as preventative measures that would be easier (less expensive) to fix during the existing repair process versus having to come back later and tear things apart all over again. And, these recommendations were clearly explained and my resulting questions answered without any pressure that I had to proceed with the non-critical repairs.) I also felt that overall the entire staff went above and beyond what I expected in order to get my vehicle back to me quicker than estimated so that I could stop paying for the rental that I was using. Their communication throughout the process was also top-notch. Bottom line: Integrity Auto Services will definitely be where I go for any future auto repair needs. I highly recommend that you do the same.

My experience was amazing. My car died on the side of the highway headed to Dallas and we towed it their shop, when we arrived everyone went out to help get the car off the trailer without us even asking. Everyone I and my mother interacted with were extremely polite and offered more help than I would have ever expected. They got back to me quickly with what was wrong and even though the repairs were more than what I could afford (not because their cost was bad, just because I was broke and the car wasn’t worth it) Jan let me leave it there while I was out of town so that the salvage company could pick it up. I’ve worked in the auto repair industry and dealt with a couple of repair shops and no one has ever displayed the care and Integrity that they did. I would absolutely recommend them 100%.

I went to Integrity auto repair for the first time for repairs to my suspension system. They did the repairs at a great price and really fast. The office is very clean and everyone is very professional. My car is 14 years old and runs a lot better than before. It accelerates a lot faster due to suspension repairs and new intake manifold gasket. They always answer the phone unlike some repair shops and price is better than the other four shops that I called. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

The most honest people and great service. Took my cargo van in to do a diagnostic for the engine light and they had it for 2 hours, took it out to drive and checked it over good and gave me a very precise print out and didn't charge me anything. Was honest and friendly. Everyone at Integrity is so nice and welcoming,which started with a wag of a tail from the sweetest most well behaved dog you have ever seen. Of course our dog wondered who I've been petting. Anyway, I went in for one thing and another issue was found by the mechanic so I had that done as well. My SUV is running better but not perfect because there are other issues and Integrity and I will handle those as I can. The price on the work that was done was good and I appreciate the honesty,warmth and genuine kindness they showed. They have a lifetime customer. I'm grateful God led me here.
