I highly recommend John to anyone needing work done on the trailer. I was repositioning a truck and trailer from Houston to Farmington NM and started getting a "trailer wiring" error just before Lubbock. Dropped it off with John and they went through the trailer and corrected several problems. They even replaced one of the marker light bulbs that was burned out. Cost was quite reasonable. If you're in Lubbock and have a trailer problem the John's your guy. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the man who owns this business. While traveling from California to Florida, I had a part break on the axle on my toy hauler. I searched google and found this place. Called but no answer but I didn’t really see any other options so I went ahead and limped the trailer there. When we arrived he assessed the situation and decided he could fix it. It took him about 20 minutes and we were back on the road. He didn’t even charge me, although I was willing to pay just about any price he named. America needs more people like this, God bless him and God bless Texas!

I did a Google search originally to find these guys. I saw 2- 5 star reviews and figured I'd check em out. They exceeded my expectations again and again! I have a local fence company so we have multiple trailers. I originally called because I had a bad axle on one trailer that was completely out of commission. As of now, they have worked on 4 different trailers for me. They've replaced an axle, replaced jacks, rewired every trailer with new led lights, replaced the 2x's on the flooring, greased bearings, and replaced plugs. At one point we thought there was an issue with a light and they didn't even hesitate to tell me to bring it back because they stand behind their work. Turned out there was a blown fuse in the truck, not an issue with their work. If you need your trailer worked on, I'm confident in saying these are the guys you should bring it to! Absolutely top notch!!! Hard to find honesty and customer service like this anywhere anymore!!!

I don't even know where to start with this one! We were traveling from Kansas to Lubbock Texas. I had just recently had a blowout on my trailer which ended up taking out my Fender on the driver side. Not being able to find anybody in Kansas (Wichita area) to help me get this fixed before my trip to Lubbock Texas I was forced into looking for help in Oklahoma or Texas. Not having any luck in Oklahoma we started looking at Lubbock Texas and that's where we found John, @ JE trailer repair. After our short conversation with John, it was like talking to an old friend. He was very confident in the fact of being able to help me fix my trailer and getting it back into premium shape. We got in town in the evening, after quitting time. John had left the gate open for us at his business so we could leave our trailer with him to be able to work on early the next morning. I had business that I needed to be at by 1 in the afternoon that next day and he was able to accommodate me and fix my fender and lights. There's so much more to this story that I could go on but I can tell you there is no other person and Lubbock I would trust with $50,000 worth of equipment at his place of business, and fill comfortable in the fact that he could be trusted. Whether you live in Lubbock or you are from out of town. If you have a problem with your trailer there's no other person or place a business I would rather go to then to JE trailer. Thanks John!

I noticed my trailer sitting low, almost touching one of my tires. Upon further inspection, I realized my equalizer and shackles were wore out. I bought the parts and no other mechanic in this town would touch my trailer. John and his son had my trailer done in less than an hour and at a very fair price. Not only was I impressed with the professionalism and efficiency, their integrity is what took me aback. I am from out of town and could not find any mechanic to work on my trailer and JE trailer did not take advantage of the situation regarding price.
