Very poor customer service Abby store manager is very rude and doesn’t know when to keep her mouth closed Accuse me of lying about a purchase told me it wasn’t in her system. When a showed her my email receipt she quickly tried to walk her words back she said she was very angry because she said corporate did want to hire any employees and thought to myself who in their right mind would want to work with you. As I paid my part she was still rude and so mad about having to work and that her boyfriend was with his girlfriend at her apartment and she was at work I thought again not my Business as I paid I asked for a email receipt she said they didn’t do that at her store. I kindly as for a refund and that when she started talking loudly about me wanting an email receipt I took my money she was still talking her mouth as I was walking out I think Corporate should better vett employees for their service

I called yesterday to inquire about a battery. I spoke with a very nice man named Paul. He was extremely helpful. We went through the different batteries. He also gave me the name of a person that could come out and put in the new battery for me. I highly recommend them. Customer service was excellent.!!!😎 Today, Monday, September 16, Abby from AutoZone on 50th St. came over and helped me replace a battery in my car. David also had assisted with this. I want to give a lot of credit to them because they did it with a smile on their face and they were absolutely awesome so I definitely want to recommend AutoZone on 50th St. and I definitely want to recognize both Abby and David. They were awesome.!!!!

I usually do not write reviews, but when the manager is inconvenienced to assist my husband with a return I’ll write it. Today he went in to exchange some windshield wipers and purchase the correct ones. The women who states she is a manager was annoyed by his presents and even more annoyed to help him look up the correct once. I’m sorry but if doing your job is that annoying to you find another one!

I’ve been into multiple auto zones and have never had the experience I received today. When we entered the store one employee was busy helping a customer and the other employee stared at us and didn’t say a word. Not a greeting into the store nothing. When we asked him where to find the product we needed he pointed at the wall and said “ what we have is back there” we told him we weren’t sure which needed. He walked to the back with us pointed at them and said let me know if you need more help. What help did you provide??? We left frustrated without any assistance. Worst service

Bought a battery on 1/2/25. Employee was great and, unsolicited, gave me a 20% discount. Took battery back on 1/3/25 because they sold me the wrong size. Manager refunded my original purchase, then refused to honor the previous discount on the correct battery stating that the other employee shouldn't have given it. I got a full refund then bought a new battery from O'Reillys down the street. Clearly unreasonable to expect me to pay more to get them to correct their mistake. This was my last visit to AutoZone, I will be buying from O'Reilly and Napa from now on.

I did a quick pit stop for some oil and being that I'm an old buck' i couldn't see the dip stick very well. Eve came out to the parking lot because she listened when I said I can't see the level very well and checked it for me. I certainly appreciated the second pair of eyes! Thanks Eve. Doing a great job.
