They had my vehicle for over six months just to do a simple repair. My insurance company literally got tired of talking to them because of how incompetent they were. And now they want to charge me $3000 for taking my hood – and my whole center console apart, and putting it back on without fixing any problem. The car is in the same state as it was when I bring it to them they literally just wasted time taking it apart and putting it back together and now they want to get paid

I dropped my car off for service. After 1 week no work performed, he was using my car , he used up a tank of fuel. I needed to get the Costa Mesa police to get my keys back. I don’t think he is a licensed repair shop . Whatever you do don’t give money up front

Hey guys.. well not sure here bout that place bit its just me.. i never do good w shops u can tell are lil too hungry for $... The inspecting yr brakes thingy 75$ nd will be aplyed towards repairs ???? Now ths was a way way back in the 90s in los angeles area no longer today =))) 👍.. That daymy feel was.. expertise on brakes from that cie just standard nothing advanced... for instance when rear drums needs attention.. a specific feeel specific sound nd performance will occur.. Unless u are into race u ll knw ths variants if not yes well yes course shop repairs will go by wt they see only or wt books says.. so lets even forget talking bout diameters on rotors or pistons calipers or paths carbons or not brakes grabing nd so on n forth ??. At the time my drums need it just a simple resurfing whuch i ws highly suspecting so.. done in la 65$ within no more half hour... Anyways that was my experience w that shop.. but again i m no easy customer nd so because ny knowledge is either above or same depending the shop.. Good luck folks.. 🙏🍀

ACCOUNTING PRIME EXPRESS

This guys are scammers!! Left the car(Ferrari) for the motor oil change, tires installation,brake and transmission oil. They kept the car for over a mont. They never answered the phone calls.. They took the payment upfront over $5500, I had to go and threaten with the police so they gave me the key! They never provided me with the invoice nor receipt! Every time I asked for the invoice they would get mad and at one point they started insulting me and everything was in writing. Will press charges against them!! Scammmm!!!
