Customer Service is so poor, delivery lead time takes ages. Twice I have ordered from Scuderia, they took ages on the first order and messed it up, the after sales manager told me this isn't normal and asked I gave them another chance. I did and again it took two weeks for them to get the parts and another week delay on sending only after I had to complain. Go somewhere else.

On September 29th, while driving from Indiana to California our mercedes suv broke down. We were towing our travel trailer and were left stranded almost 120 miles away from home. I contacted Scuderia Ferrari Service and I was told by the owner Helmuth after explaining the symptoms that my suv was experiencing that he could in fact repair it. I had him Tow it to his "Shop" which turned out to be his place of residence. He diagnosed it and told me it was the DEP system or exhaust filter. He stated he did not accept extended warranties and because of our emergent situation we believed him that he could fix our suv so we could get back on the road to finish our vacation. He told us we needed to pay for the part which we did through Venmo at his request. I have the receipt from Venmo with his business name. We were camping near by at a camp ground waiting for the repairs. When we went to see him to check on our suv after 2 days he stated that the DEP system he purchased was the wrong one but he got one from someone else. So, the part we purchased was never put on the car because this mechanic couldn't even order the correct part. Several days went by and still not fixed. We decided to continue on with a rental car. He told us it would be fixed when we returned which would of been 7 days later. He had my suv for a week and when I called him 2 days before arriving back home. He stated all of these other things that could be wrong with it but no answers or results. We travel back to his shop and then had to rent a trailer to go pick it up. We were told by Helmuth that he would give us paperwork so we could submit it to our warranty which we never received. He continues to not answer our phone calls or messages. All we want is our money back and a receipt so we can get it fixed somewhere else. Stil months later we can't get it fixed because we have no idea what he did. He wont even give us any paperwork what kind of mechanic does this. Don't go to this guy it doesnt matter how desperate you are.

Helmuth just repaired my son’s 2013 335i xDrive M Sport. I first called him on a Saturday after noticing a major leak in our driveway. He immediately advised me to have the car towed rather than risk further damage, and I’m glad I did. It turned out there were transmission and oil leaks that were mixing together. The repairs required were extensive, but Helmuth kept everything within budget. While the engine was out, he also recommended additional work that made sense to do at the same time, helping me get the most value for my money. His expertise and judgment are why we trust him completely. Throughout the process, Helmuth kept in touch by calling, texting, and even sending photos of the issues. He clearly cares about his work and his clients, which is why he’s our only choice for repairs on all of our cars. He consistently provides excellent service, fair pricing, and treats you like family.
