Selman has been my go to for parts, service and vehicles. My last experience with parts was not favorable. I called looking for a specific part that no other dealer had, nor did GM have. Gave them the Vin number, make model and year, and I still ended up with the wrong part. I spent my time today, Sunday, prepared to replace the part. Disassembled what needed to be disassembled and removed part. Unboxed new part and to my surprise, it's the wrong part. Had to rebox part and reassemble what had to be removed to access part. A waste of my time. Now I have to take time off work to deal with this. I anticipate that the parts department will hassle me about returning the part insisting that I don't know what I'm doing. I've changed parts on this car before. It's not terribly difficult to work on. I'm not looking forward to what hoops I have to jump through to get what I needed the first time, or a refund if they don't have what I need. Wish me luck.

I’m very disappointed with Selman Chevrolet’s parts department. I ordered a windshield for my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban on January 30 and was told it would take 5 working days. Two weeks later, I still don’t have the part. After multiple calls and different explanations, I was told today that the glass was re-ordered due to delays — and there’s still no guaranteed arrival date. My vehicle is currently non-drivable, and after waiting two full weeks, I’m back to square one with no clear timeline or accountability. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. I’ve always had good experiences there before, which makes this even more disappointing. This situation has seriously damaged my trust.
