My tire went flat while I was on my way to work around 7pm on Route 51. I pulled over when I heard it whobbling and pulled into the lot of Seran Auto Service. I saw Mr. Seran inside his garage (with the door open) and asked if he could help me. My air valve stem had broken. Mr. Seran did something to it but it didn't work. He asked if I had a spare. I did and he changed the tire for me. He didn't accept any payment, just a Good Samaritan helping out a damsel in distress. This is an act of kindness that's rare. It helped me to get to work (over an hour away) on time.

Alex helped us find a good deal for a new driver’s first big purchase. He lifted the car on the rack to confirm the underbody for us, and his brother (forget his name) was AWESOME!!! He was very knowledgeable, and helped us in more ways than one. I’m very thankful to run across this place. Alex, also mentioned that he would fix the car if any issues were to occur, so a dealer who stands behind his work is the best kind of dealer. Thank you.

I definitely do not recommend them. I handed over my car after an accident, and every repair was delivered to me with defects. Two parts were missing, the paint job was wrong, and there were many other problems... They also said they would use original parts, but they didn't do that either. Be careful.
