Issues with car, they are very slow to respond and make things right. I will not be buying any other cars from these people. Problem ridden cars and the dealer is super hesitant to make it right. Lots of other options at this price point. Save yourself the hassle.

All the Sensors go bad so frequently. Service department has already replaced it 3 times. Even with the warranty I have to pay deductible. Funny thing is their repair does not even last 1 year and I am forced to pay them again. You think you are getting into a luxury brand but with the unreliability I wonder how they get the repeat clients or maybe they get enough 1 time clients to fool.

Shortly after purchasing my 2023 Audi Q5, I noticed a hissing/wooshing noise during acceleration and throttle release. Eric took my concern seriously from day one, personally test-drove the vehicle, confirmed the issue, and ensured a thorough diagnosis was performed. The team initially replaced the diverter valve, and when the concern persisted, Eric escalated the case to Audi USA. After approval, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire turbocharger under warranty. Throughout this process, Eric kept me informed, transparent, and confident that the issue would be handled correctly. During the repair period, I was provided with a 2025 Audi Q5 loaner vehicle, which I drove for nearly two weeks at no cost. This level of customer care made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle now performs exceptionally well, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, patience, and customer-first attitude demonstrated by Eric Palmer and Audi Pembroke Pines.
