Lexa was amazing so was the soda machine. This will be my last 5 star review if you don’t make setting up appointments easier. The new system you have does not work.

Went to get keys made here bought fob and was pricing around to see if I could get it programmed cheaper somewhere else. Called a few places charged $80 same price and dealership couldn’t warranty it. Glad Ken Garff could help me out with a great deal and warranty the key.

I had to bring my car in for some routine service. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with how long it would take to service my car due to the AI scheduling. When I came in, the staff was very understanding and helpful in this frustrating situation. They were able to ease the situation and were able to complete the service without any additional time needed. The service manager was amazing! I was very thankful to him for being so accommodating. Great service!

Once we towed our Honda to Orem from Richfield, the problem electrical problem was identified. A part was ordered and our car was still under warranty. You provided a rental car and after 3 days we returned your rental car. Our Honda now runs great.

Came in to get my car serviced for a recall on my 2019 Honda CRV. They not only did that, but they looked over my car for anything else that needed to be done and sent me a detailed video about it and fixed the issues at a very fair price too. I always thought it’d be more expensive to get things done at the dealership, but it was actually less or about spot on for the things we wanted done. Everyone we spoke to was also very friendly and professional so that was a plus.

Great service! We did not feel like a burden or like they were bugged by anything we requested. We even had to go back the day after and they had no issue with it! Ivo Alexandrov and his sales associate from Moldova were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend working with them if you’re looking to buy a car.

I had a wonderful experience with the service department at this dealership, and I was impressed by the great service I received. Jason, the service manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure my Honda was restored to its normal operation. In today's world, this level of service is becoming increasingly rare. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking exceptional car care.

I want to report the very poor service I received during an oil change on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. I went to get the oil changed, as I usually do, and the Honda mechanic's report stated that the oil drain plug was damaged, along with the internal threads. Because of this, they said I needed to replace the entire engine oil pan and drain plug, at a cost of $800 plus $180 for installation, plus taxes. I thought this was an exorbitant price for an oil change. The Honda dealership told me they couldn't repair it and that I would have to pay almost $1000 for the replacement. I called my trusted mechanic, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. I will never take my car to the Honda dealership for oil changes again because they didn't solve the problem, and I want to clarify that I always had my oil changes done at the Honda dealership in Orem. My mechanic spoke to the service assistant, who was very rude and disrespectful. The problem was caused by them overtightening the drain plug with an impact wrench, applying excessive force. It was terrible service, and they just wanted to take my money. They are not professional in their work and lack experience.

I went in to have my fuel pump replaced. Braedon in the service department helped me and did an excellent job. They got me right in and out in good time, and my car runs well. It was a factory recall so I paid nothing.

I appreciate how professional our service writer was. He mentioned a few things that probably should be done, but there were no hard sales to have them done now. The amenities in the wait room were perfect. The facility is beautiful, and always very clean. Thanks

From the phone call setting up an appointment to take care of a recall to picking my car back up was simple and painless. Brandi was so friendly and helpful even letting me know that if there was anything the tech saw that would let me know.

I asked them to take a look for a parasitic draw, and instead gave me a list of 7-8 things I needed to “replace” or “take care of”. The list totaled well over 2,000 dollars of repair, which I completely ignored because I don’t care if my oil pan is an “after market part” lol. My car is a 2012 civic, and the only issue I’ve had was the battery periodically dying over and over again. I just wanted them to take a look at what was drawing it, and instead after a quick inspection told me nothing was causing a draw. When I asked what could cause the battery to keep dying and they said “ Not sure, it failed the battery load test , so thats why it was recommended , but everything is good now.” Of course it failed the battery load test, that’s why it kept dying. It’s dying for some reason, yet they don’t even care to try and find out what’s drawing it. Totally sounds like they never even tested for a draw and just were trying to funnel cars in and out. On top of this, I asked for an emissions test and an on the spot registration, which they totally spaced doing. So so frustrating. They do not listen. Avoid going here at all costs. Find another auto shop that has ACTUAL customer service. This dealership and service center is a joke. Seriously, do not take it here or you’ll end up paying the 160 dollar diagnostic test fee for them to put no time into your car and find nothing. I recommend DJ Auto or Jim’s Auto, both are far superior to this dumpster fire of an operation.

I get my oil change done at the dealership bc of the Advantage Care program, 3 oil changes for $160=$53 per oil change. Which is somehow cheaper than my regular place Doug's Tire and Oil, yet still incredibly over priced when it was once $19 for about a decade! Every visit I feel like I'm bothering the agents with my presence, which is ignored for a minimum of 5 minutes standing awkwardly in the service lobby. Especially annoying when one of them is sleeping at his desk, another is casually chatting with a coworker then get back to work when they realize I've been standing there for A WHILE. Finally a woman who I've been standing closest to, speaks up and says someone will be with me in a minute in a tone of annoyance, be it at me or a coworker, either is wrong. Each and every time I'm there, another overly priced service is pushed on me, not this time though bc I was the final oil change appt of the day and they clearly were not happy to see me show up. The only reason, I put up with this crap, is the nice waiting room here I can sit with headphones and crochet, sipping free coffee or soda in a calmly lit room(my brain appreciates) full of chairs I don't hate. It's better to sit there than any other oil change waiting location. Trust me I'd pay more elsewhere if someone else's waiting room was similar to this dealership. I cannot stand offensive bright lights, uncomfortable chairs, freezing or hot temperatures with constant loud noises, commonly found at other mechanics. Anyways, I give allowance to most humans right now as we're all in survival mode watching our country be burned down. At lease those who are paying attention. They weren't always this poor at customer service so I gave them 3 stars instead of 2.

Got my car right in at the appointment time. Kept me informed on the progress and completion of the servicing. Love the snack bar and the TV in the waiting room. Bathroom was clean as usual! My service rep was super nice! And the decorations in the showroom were beautiful! Bought my car here and had my previous Pilot serviced here. Have always had great service and enjoy having a nice waiting room to spend the time in.

I've been very impressed with every interaction with the service department, specifically with the level of professionalism & communication. It's obvious they have a great culture where they prioritize the customer experience. I have especially been impressed by my interactions with Tre and Jason. Would definitely recommend.

We were in Orem to visit our daughter and attend ISU basketball games. We had driven 1200 miles to get there and needed regular service and tire rotation. Picked up a rock chip on the way and our service advisor Jorge was able to get that repaired as well saving us both time and money. Very easy to make an appointment online and the personalized service was very efficient and reasonably priced.

I brought my car in because all the dash lights were going off, which is very typical for 2017 CRV‘s. (it’s commonly referred to as Christmas tree ) I’ve always been able to reset it in the past but not anymore. I brought it in and said exactly what was wrong but their policy is $170 diagnosis for every car that comes in —such a huge waste of money! They got the dash lights turned off and charged me to fix it. The next day all the lights came back on, so I just threw money down the drain. I seriously don’t know why I went to the dealer. I’ll just take it to a mechanic and see what they can do. I should’ve done that in the first place.

I go to the dealer service department for really challenging problems with my Honda Odyssey. I had the transmission replaced which was a big job. The service manager was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done with the van. Brandi Obershaw was great to work with. She helped me arrange a Lyft to get home after I dropped off the car and even helped with a loaner after the technician said it would take an additional day to finish the transmission replacement. I did have a new grille shutter installed. I was a little surprised by the cost of the work with one third going to labor and the rest to the parts. I went to Ken Garff Honda for OEM parts that are professionally installed. I know I paid more than going to a random shop for the work, but I also know the quality of the parts and the work to repair my vehicle, which is why I went to an authorized Honda dealership for the repairs.
