Awful experience. I'm from out of town, they got me in the door and assured me the fix would only be an hour, after I confirmed several times, they assured me only one hour and would only cost $250. Once I got there and they had everything apart I was informed it wouldn't be $250 but instead $700. Ridiculous.

UPDATE!! More than double fees! I took car in for routine service b for my car. They charged me $1455.00!!! I called draper and they would have done the exact same thing for $599. I get car home and it is inoperable, 6 different warnings on dash, and car won’t start!!! What did they do?? I called other dealerships in surrounding cities, The highest I could find was $800. Now they want me to pay to tow back! When they suggested this service for my caR with 14k miles, they didn't say, " by the way this is going to cost $1455.00" which would have been helpful. Not pleased.

I received good service, but they only replaced a sensor that cost $60 according to the invoice and took less than an hour to change. However, they charged me $450. It's very overpriced. The labor alone cost me $390… I'm in the wrong career.

My particular service advisor is amazing but I can’t say the same for some of the others. They lack professionalism and courtesy. They speak ill of other customers behind their backs while other customers can hear them which creates for a very uncomfortable and frankly hostile environment. Some of their comments are so disrespectful and racist you just can’t help but wonder what they say about you. As a matter of fact I am sure one of them will see this review and make comments in the workplace about me.

Outstanding service provided at the Mercedes dealership. Vivian was the service advisor and did an excellent job. Arrived 10 minutes early, 15 minutes later car was in service. Vivian kept me apprised as maintaince located a few minor issues and requested permission prior to repair. Saved me from a return round trip of trip 1.5 hours.

The Service Department at MB-SLC was fantastic. We made the switch from many years with Audis to buying our first MB. Our first experience with Justin in Service was above and beyond. He kept us up to date every day on the progress of our vehicle. He also called and followed up when he said he would. Can't recommend these guys enought! Light years difference from what we were starting to experience with Audi.
