Took my 2020 Tacoma here for a seat heater that wasn’t working. It has 33000 miles on it but it’s 3 years and 7 months old. No problem, I bought the Toyota Platinum extended warranty. They call me a couple of hours later to say it needed a new seat heater element and that it wasn’t covered under the bumper to bumper extended warranty. It would cost $1500 to fix it. I told them I would pass. Then they charged me $200 to look at the truck only to tell me what I told them when I dropped it off. I got a $200 car wash. I will drive to Milwaukee before I bring a car here again.

I had an amazing experience with Toyota Kenosha. I visited them for 10K mile servicing. Entire process was really smooth and quick. They considered my personal situation and urgency and adjusted my appointment as per my need. Mr. Gabe at Toyota Kenosha was very friendly and warm welcoming. He kept me informed about the work that needs to be done, any charges etc. Hence there was no surprise for me after the servicing is completed. Servicing was completed within an hour. I really appreciate Mr. Gabe and his team for such a smooth and quick servicing. Based on my experience with them, I would definitely recommend Toyota Kenosha for servicing needs.

I'm really starting to despise getting my car worked on here. My car started making a cranking noise they claim it's my "poor driving". Now a couple months later other vehicles are reporting the same thing. Hmmm go figure. I have full coverage and they was trying to charge me for a tire which is already covered under warranty. What upsets me this time, is when I have a nail in my tire and they placed the order which I have to wait to get fixed and I told them I'll pick it up the same day but to give me the vehicle and not even fill the tire up at least is crazy work.

I brought my truck in and specifically requested that the ECU be checked to confirm it matches a 2022 Tacoma. I was told with confidence that this could be done without issue. However, the next day I received a call saying they were unable to perform the service they had originally agreed to. While they confirmed that it’s a Toyota tune, they couldn’t verify the model year as requested — and I was still charged $100. I’m disappointed with the experience, especially after being assured the service could be completed. I expected more transparency and follow-through. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like customer needs weren’t prioritized.

paid $2000 for repossesion fees and didnt get truck back to find out it was not my vehicle and have a second one someone purchared in my name and lost fees, vehicle, trust, time, worthiness over so much money, time and dedication and missing location and wrong vin number and was not in repossion and cant locate my vehchile now

Kenosha Toyota service dept lied to me! I took my 2021 Toyota Prius there on 8/8/25 to disable the reverse beep. I was told by a customer service rep that his service foreman said the reverse beep could not be disabled in my car. I knew it wasn't true. This isn't the safety sensor beeps. This is a loud beeping inside the car only during the entire time the car is in reverse. Supposedly it's to remind the driver the car is in reverse. There are 1000s of complaints about it online. I ordered an OBDII bluetooth adapter for $20 and disabled the reverse beep with an app on my smartphone. Now it beeps once when I shift into reverse. It took less than 5 minutes. I find it hard to believe the service foreman didn't know the reverse beep can be disabled. I could have understood if they had said they didn't want to disable it because they think it's a safety feature (I don't), BUT I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO!. I will not be doing business with Kenosha Toyota in future.

Who was my first time bringing my car in to Kenosha Toyota service department where I purchased my third Toyota. I was greeted immediately it was told someone would be with me immediately and there he was he took my name and said I was on the list show me to the waiting area and said we will keep you informed. I could not have been treated any better Got me in fairly quickly and not only verified my suspicion about the battery, but checked a couple of other things as well. If I was treated that well as a visitor, i can only imagine how well "regulars" receive service.

Wonderful service experience as always at Kenosha Toyota! Had our 3rd oil change/tire rotation on our Highlander and a few potential warranty items to look at a couple of weeks ago. Our service advisor, Chris, was excellent – kept us informed throughout & solved one issue for us with rear view mirror before even sending it to service! Also – my hubby & I just enjoy the total customer-center vibe of the whole dealership – from sales (Mike C, Ricky E and Priscilla) who gave us a a lot of great info to think about to the service department. Great team! We drive the distance to see them!

I Will never do business in this dealership, very sloppy work . Had my truck serviced and had to go back because they forgot to put the engine cover and chemical residue in my windshield and body paint of the truck from the fuel system service performed and they denied accountability

This review is a long time coming! We last had service completed at the beginning of August, and it would have been easy to let the review slide at this point, but the folks at Kenosha Toyota took such great care of us and our Highlander that I just have to give credit where credit is (over)due! We drove up from Chicago to have routine service done on a Friday afternoon, but due to completely insane traffic delays along the way, an hour long trip turned into three. Needless to say, we blew way past our appointment time and were cutting it close to closing time for the dealership by the time we showed up. Jacob Dickson greeted us upon our arrival at the service department and the rest is history. He was so gracious and sympathetic to our situation and made sure that we were able to get the service that we traveled for. He could have turned us away, which is what I kind of expected, but instead was extremely accommodating and took care of us with a smile on his face. They even had a place inside for us to hang out with our dog while the service was being done. I can’t say enough about Jacob and the whole service department at Kenosha Toyota. The way they treated us was remarkable, and it completely changed our mind on whether we would want to drive up from Chicago again for future appointments…they made our experience totally worth it, and we will be likely to make the trek again!
