We popped a tire up the street, so stopped in. Brett was super nice, helpful, and got us in and out the same day even though they didn't stock the tires we needed at this location.

My car was making a humming sound brought it in to service street auto. I am so happy with the work and the time, fast and friendly people. AJ was very nice guy, also very polite, they showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Didn't try to get me for everything I have. I would recommend this place 💯 to everyone

Great experience. Professional mechanics and office staff. I came in for a synthetic oil change and had some damage to my front skid plate. I brought an aftermarket plate, and they installed it after removing the damaged stock plates, all for free as part of the oil change. The oil packages are worth it! I've been to three locations, and this shop on Lionness is by far the best! They've got a regular customer indefinitely!

New management at Parker location was courteous and prompt, with no attempt to oversell. YMMV, but my experience was better than previous reviews. Granted, I was specific in the service I requested, but the customer service and price I paid was excellent.

Growing up in a small rural town, it’s been more challenging to find a local Auto Repair business that I trust and does not try to overcharge me or oversell me on services. I highly recommend this repair shop and try to work with Jeyden. He was very efficient and professional.

ZERO Stars - Absolute Scam, Do Not Go Here! This is not a repair shop; it is a ripoff scheme. Everything about my experience screams "AVOID." First, the customer service was appalling. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and had zero knowledge, unable to answer even basic questions about the diagnosis process. This lack of professionalism should have been my first sign. My worst mistake was proceeding with the diagnosis, which they charged a ridiculous $165 for. $165 just to tell me what was wrong! After this exorbitant fee, they quoted me an unbelievable $1,300 to fix the problem. I immediately refused and took my car elsewhere. The actual repair was completed by a reputable local mechanic for a fraction of that price—literally for "very few dollars." This stark difference confirms they were trying to absolutely loot me. As a final warning sign, the shop was completely empty when I was there—no customers, no cars in the bays. Take that as a hint: trustworthy businesses are busy. Do not waste your money or your time. You will be overcharged and misled. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you go anywhere else.

Called mid week, scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, they did troubleshooting and fixed my problem same day. Great customer service, quick and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend, I've taken my car for a couple of oil changes and some other worries about my car. Instead of piling on extra services (like the southland location has done with me in the past) this location has been very upfront and honest with what was actually needed.

Had to have my alternator and battery replaced, after a faulty new alternator killed my previous battery. The service mangers were extremely helpful getting the parts warrantied out. However, my problem is with whatever mechanic worked on my car, they ended up stripping the treads inside my tensioner. This caused the belt to not be tight like it’s supposed to be, and eventually came off 2 weeks after the new battery and alternator were installed and killed another battery.

UPDATE: The regional manager Mindy reached out personally. I really appreciate the effort to make things right. I do hope they communicate to their mechanics to take care of customers and only recommend necessary repairs. 1,000 SCAM- I took my car in for just an oil change due to seeing a deal online. I believe I was taken advantage of as a young women. The mechanic was Brendon. The mechanic recommended I replace BOTH my brake pads and rotors FRONT and BACK asap except, both my front and rear pads AND rotors were JUST replaced a year ago. I do mostly city driving. When I asked why they’d need to be replaced again, they said that rotors can be “faulty if not from the factory (I got them done at the dealership)”. When I asked if brake pads could be changed and not rotors or if rotors can be serviced instead of replaced, they insisted that you CAN NOT do pads without replacing the rotors and that’s just simply not true. They also said they have a service machine in the back but they don’t use it. They insisted it was a safety concern and that replacing them was in “red” on the inspection which indicates urgent. They also did not provide proof or explanations on the state of the rotors (warped or had grooves, etc). I took the “bad rotors” to two different places (Groove Subaru dealership and Brakes Plus), all of which said they shouldn’t have been replaced at all. After speaking with both the dealership and other mechanics, it would be extremely RARE to have to replace them after 20k miles. $1,000 later… I left in tears and very disheartened and frustrated that I allowed this shop to take advantage of a single young women like me just trying to get a routine oil change done. I will not being going back. I did get a call back from Fred the manager but after I requested half of the parts & labor back ($350), I was dismissed and he countered me with a $250 refund for the whole ordeal which still leaves me $450 out of pocket for something I didn’t actually need done. I felt a refund for the half the rotors and labor costs was at the very least, fair. Get a second opinion because unfortunately shops cannot be trusted these days. As a young woman, I rely on the integrity and honestly of the shops/mechanics. I’ve never had something like this happen. Hard lesson learned but posting an honest review to say… get a second or third opinion before you take their word for it.

Got an unexpected oil low alert on my way to work. Stopped by here because it was the nearest auto service. Ted was great - gave me the quart of oil I needed and sent me on my way. Appreciate kind and helpful people like Ted! Thank you

Honest! I have brought 3 cars to them and they told me 2 didn’t need brakes( how often does that happen!) my third car need something that was covered by warranty. The folks at the Austin Bluffs location did all the leg work ( they did go through pushback) and got the insurance to pay for what was promised. They still filled my tires with air without me ever having to ask! I will be bringing all my cars in the future. Thank you for your ethics which is becoming harder to find

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and was told I needed to replace both my alternator and battery. After I was quoted for the alternator replacement and labor alone was over $1000, I realized how overpriced this was and felt completely taken advantage of. They mentioned my car would die on the road, but I have insurance to tow my car which I should have done in hindsight. This felt like a total scam. Even dealership pricing isn’t this high, which is saying a lot. They even tried to sell me tires . . . The other one-star reviews warning about this place were absolutely right. It’s no surprise the shop always seems empty.

I have always had great service at this location. Fred in particular is very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He changed out my brake light in minutes no charge even when it wasn’t an easy swap! I will definitely be going back and recommend their services to all!

They mounted and balanced my snow tires for a great price and did good work, all the tires are facing the correct direction ( you would be surprised I have had other shops put tires on the rim backwards ) and it took about 1:20 to get all 4 done the same day. The also put my summer tires into trash bags and back into the car for me. Great service.

See below for updates regarding this wheel issue. I brought in brand new wheels (factory sealed in the original boxes) to have my provided tires mounted. What should have been a straightforward job turned into one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, the interaction with the manager, Fred, was uncomfortable. When he told me I needed to purchase new valve stems, I simply asked why, as his explanation was unclear. Instead of clarifying professionally, he looked at my vehicle and said, “I mean you have all this money,” which I found completely inappropriate and disrespectful. I even offered to unload the wheels myself to be helpful and was met with sarcasm. The scope of work was never clearly explained — just dismissive remarks that made it seem like asking basic questions was an inconvenience. The job took approximately six hours. When I received the wheels back, they were badly scratched and gouged. The damage is concentrated in a circular pattern matching the lug pattern diameter, which strongly suggests it occurred during installation or handling. These wheels were brand new out of the box. When I raised the issue before paying, I was told, “Yeah, it was weird they came out of the box that way — anyway, here’s your lug nuts and bill.” There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to resolve the issue. He doubled down and insisted the damage came from the factory. If that were true, why was I never contacted before the wheels were mounted? Why were photos only noted in the work order after the job was completed and the wheels were already installed on the vehicle? There was no accountability, no ownership, and no effort to make things right. I am currently pursuing escalation to have this addressed properly. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing wheels you care about to this shop. Professionalism and integrity matter — and unfortunately, I did not experience either here. 3/3/26 UPDATE - This issue has been escalated to the regional manager level (Mindy). They have been easy to work with thus far, providing technical knowledge on what faults may have occurred and what are some proposed paths forward. They are working on trying to align with a mobile wheel repairman. I will follow up and revise my review pending the results of the repairs. The general manager of this branch, Fred, is attempting to rectify the issue, but remains somewhat short when it comes to detailed customer questions and concerns. When being asked a very simple questions of "may I please take additional photos of wheels such as the inner hub before your repair man takes them in" he found 5-6 different ways to mis-interpret this simple question and ultimately got frustrated - responding with comments such as "look, I don't know what you are asking for man, I don't care what you do". Fred F is unfit for customer facing tasking in my experience.
