My experience here was not what I expected, given that this location has amazing reviews. I took my BMW in after experiencing sputtering, rpms dancing up and down, and a rough idle that nearly stalled the engine, all right after refueling my car. Ruled out a fuel contamination immediately at a different shop, and took it to this EAS location to get a diag. I explained to them that I believed it was a purge valve issue, and want to see if the codes they pull aligned with that. I feel like I wasn’t heard, whatever I said just got overlooked, and they had already started suggesting what could be wrong without even looking at the car yet. I trusted them because the store manager told me I was in good hands with their “very talented BMW tech”, so I brushed off their ignorance. After keeping my car there for almost a full 24 hours, I got a report of the scans…the first red flag was that they uploaded the wrong documents on my file, for a different BMW. I then received a call from the store manager hours after receiving the report, and he explained it in a way that sounded like my car was going to crap out on me in the middle of driving. According to them, my valvetronic eccentric shaft servomotors were faulty and causing this issue (an issue that only occurs after refueling btw). I was told I can pay $400 to have them “reprogram” it to relearn and adapt to the new conditions, but that it might not fix the issue, and in that case the whole thing would need to be replaced, which after researching costs thousands of $$$. So basically, I have to gamble $400. After he re-uploaded the correct paperwork, I looked over it and saw the codes, and realized that they were leaping to the most expensive conclusion. These codes did not at all align with a valvetronic issue, as all codes were intermittent (which means it’s not something that’s constantly happening) and lined up with my original suspicion of a purge valve issue. I asked him “wouldn’t I experience daily, continuous symptoms if this was the issue? Or even a drivetrain malfunction message?” And was told no! This would not cause noticeable issues! Which is crazy, because even a simple google search will tell you otherwise. You don’t have to know anything about cars to know that an issue like that would cause serious symptoms. I picked up my car shortly after the call, and waited to see how the issue progresses. Fast forward a few weeks, had the same problem again every time I refueled the car, and it finally popped a CEL. After scanning, the only code that it put up was the one related to a small leak in the evap system, which given my symptoms, points directly to a purge valve issue. Had I listened to them, I would have been thousands deep into a “repair” that would have left me with the same issue after filling my gas. PLEASE, if you do take your car here, or really any shop, please take it for a 2nd or even 3rd opinion, the first opinion is not always the correct one. In my case, they jumped to a very expensive “fix” based off of one code, instead of all 3 that they got when they scanned. I feel like a lot of shops try to scam females and take advantage of their lack of knowledge of cars. Luckily, I am very passionate about cars, especially German cars, and know more about my BMW than the average person, and listened to my instincts on this one. I’m glad I did. Not trying to deter anyone from going here, just sharing my experience, opinion, and trying to warn people to do their research, don’t trust just any shop right away, and always get another opinion if you’re not sure! I personally wouldn’t take my car here for any services, given that they were dishonest with me, didn’t listen to my concerns or what I thought was wrong, and tried to scam out of thousands of dollars.

Raymond Lilley was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and was sure I understood my options and the different prices for each option for repair. Can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Will go here for all my car needs in the future.

The brakes on my F250 were making a noise on all stops. The personnel at EAS in Parker were friendly and honest about their assessment of the problem. They didn’t try to sell the most expensive brake parts but asked about my use of the truck and recommended pads that fit my needs. The truck was finished on time and when they said it would be done. I would recommend this store to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

I have had such a good experience with these guys. Ray and Nico are so nice and professional and always take the time to explain things to me. It feels really good to have someone that you trust working on something as important as your vehicle. I highly recommend this business, they are fair in pricing and have always been a pleasure to work with.

I had an excellent experience with EAS Tire and Auto. Ray and his team go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and quality of work. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what’s going on without any pressure or upselling. The shop is efficient, the prices are fair, and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right. It’s rare to find a place you can trust completely with your vehicle, but EAS Tire and Auto is definitely one of them. Highly recommend Ray and his team!

Communication was poor. Front office employee on the day of dropping off my vehicle was disgruntled, short and dismissive. After the inspection was completed (on their behalf in addition to my requested services), the same front office employee attempted to sell me services that had already been completed by a previous shop just a week ago. Employee stated that my transmission oil was dirty and needed to be flushed even though that was just completed. When this was brought to his attention he stated he has been doing this job for 38 years, knows what he is doing and that it is just a recommendation. Other services were attempted to be sold when they were completed a week before. Simply took my vehicle there to have tires replaced and have an oil change as my mechanic does not do tires. Business model appears to be get the customers in for simple services and then up sell more expensive work even if it's not needed. Not trustworthy and will not be returning.

EAS Tire and Auto on Ponderosa in Parker did a fantastic job of serving my car! All of the pictures and explanations of what was needed on the car was great! They put the items into three categories so I could decide. The lobby/place to wait was very clean. You really had no idea that this was an auto shop. Thank for the fine work!

Nico is an excellent manager and a great example and services all good this is my first experience with your company not bad at all but your hourly rate is higher than most dealers. Just was taken back when I purchased warranty and still have to pay more. Noco is very good with warranties too very impressive.

They were honest and quick with an inspection I had for a rear main seal and transmission pan leak. They found no leak and sent me back to the previous shop to have them warranty work for another different part. Great work thank you.

Extremely disappointing and unethical experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation only at around 100,000 miles. No additional diagnostic work or repairs were authorized. Despite this, I was sent a $3,500 estimate for multiple “urgent” repairs I did not request. When I called to decline the work, I was informed that a lug stud broke during the tire rotation and that I would be responsible for $700 to fix it. The damage occurred during their service, yet the shop took no responsibility and instead blamed a previous shop, repeatedly pressuring me to pay even after I clearly explained I could not afford it. I contacted the shop they were blaming and brought the vehicle to them. They replaced the lug stud for $60 total and reviewed the $3,500 list of recommended repairs. They stated none of the issues were necessary, and the vehicle was safe to drive. When I picked up my vehicle, the shop continued to blame the previous shop for the broken stud and strongly encouraged me to stop using my trusted mechanic and switch all future service to them. They also criticized a very slight oil overfill from a prior service as a “major problem” and suggested I find a more “legitimate” mechanic. Despite the unresolved dispute and responsibility concerns, I was also asked to leave a 5-star review and refer others. I completely understand mistakes can happen but the refusal to take responsibility, extreme overpricing, aggressive upselling of unnecessary work, and pressure tactics are what made this experience unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop to get a second opinion before authorizing any repairs.

Had a great experience at EAS auto in Parker. They did a full maintenance inspection on my vehicle that has over 200,000 miles on it. They gave me a priority list and all the options. No pressure. They even guided me through a recall issue with the dealership. Great service and good price.

This was my first time for using EAS Tire and Auto in Parker. What a wonderful experience! From my first phone call to set an appointment which was answered by Forrest Fridlund through the visit to the business, a thorough "look" at my vehicle by Dylan the service tech, a fair estimate of what needed to be repaired, the actual completed work in a VERY timely manner and the proper processing of my warranty, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Forrest Fridlund is a professional! The store manager Nico Forcatto was right there also to assist in any way he could! Providing me a free oil change was a plus. Did I mention the coffee is excellent? Do not hesitate. Please use this business for your auto repair needs. I know I will be there again when needed!

I can't say enough good things about EAS Tire & Auto on Ponderosa in Parker! I recently brought in my BMW 5 Series for new tires, a brake inspection, and some help with the drive belt. From start to finish, the team was incredibly flexible, professional, and communicative. They really went above and beyond to work with my schedule and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. What really sets this shop apart is how they handle things even when there’s a hiccup. On the rare occasion something didn’t go exactly as planned, the management team—especially Nico—was completely transparent in their communication and outstanding in resolving the issue quickly and fairly. That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. This isn’t my first time relying on them—I’ve also brought in my truck for various services in the past, and every single time, they’ve delivered excellent results with the same great level of customer service. It's clear they truly care about their work and their customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and friendly auto shop that genuinely takes care of your vehicle (and you), I highly recommend this EAS location. They’ve earned my business for the long haul.

First time here and am very impressed! Came for an oil change and they also did a full inspection of the vehicle. They explained a concern that they found, provided photos and an inspection report, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. I chose to get the repair done and it was completed the same day. I feel a night and day difference with the way my vehicle drives and am so happy they were so honest with their recommendation. It was great to work with both Forrest and Nico up front. Tyler is listed as the technician and he also did a fantastic job. Thank you EAS!

I highly recommend EAS Tire & Auto - Ponderosa! I had my oil changed there yesterday (November 8, 2025), and my overall impression was excellent. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was professional and highly efficient. My interaction was smooth, and they clearly communicated every step of the process. What truly set EAS Tire & Auto apart was their commitment to transparency: they sent me a detailed, digital diagnostic report of my car while it was in the shop. This report was easy to understand and gave me peace of mind about the condition of my vehicle beyond just the oil change. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and professional auto service experience in Parker—especially one that provides clear communication and useful diagnostics—look no further than EAS Tire & Auto - Ponderosa.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had an auto shop. First, I used a coupon for an oil change and there were NO hidden fees or charges. They were honest about my vehicle, even told me it was in great shape (12 yr old car) and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I waited there for my car and it was a very quick service. The staff is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and funny! The waiting area was clean, stocked with snacks (even kid snacks) and a full coffee bar and mini fridge. They even gave my son an EAS Eagle stuffed animal and rubber duck! I highly recommend this location for your auto care needs. I only needed an oil change this time, but the few things I know need to be done were listed out to me and not overpriced at all. I’ll be going back for the future services needed.
