My experience here was not what I expected, given that this location has amazing reviews. I took my BMW in after experiencing sputtering, rpms dancing up and down, and a rough idle that nearly stalled the engine, all right after refueling my car. Ruled out a fuel contamination immediately at a different shop, and took it to this EAS location to get a diag. I explained to them that I believed it was a purge valve issue, and want to see if the codes they pull aligned with that. I feel like I wasn’t heard, whatever I said just got overlooked, and they had already started suggesting what could be wrong without even looking at the car yet. I trusted them because the store manager told me I was in good hands with their “very talented BMW tech”, so I brushed off their ignorance. After keeping my car there for almost a full 24 hours, I got a report of the scans…the first red flag was that they uploaded the wrong documents on my file, for a different BMW. I then received a call from the store manager hours after receiving the report, and he explained it in a way that sounded like my car was going to crap out on me in the middle of driving. According to them, my valvetronic eccentric shaft servomotors were faulty and causing this issue (an issue that only occurs after refueling btw). I was told I can pay $400 to have them “reprogram” it to relearn and adapt to the new conditions, but that it might not fix the issue, and in that case the whole thing would need to be replaced, which after researching costs thousands of $$$. So basically, I have to gamble $400. After he re-uploaded the correct paperwork, I looked over it and saw the codes, and realized that they were leaping to the most expensive conclusion. These codes did not at all align with a valvetronic issue, as all codes were intermittent (which means it’s not something that’s constantly happening) and lined up with my original suspicion of a purge valve issue. I asked him “wouldn’t I experience daily, continuous symptoms if this was the issue? Or even a drivetrain malfunction message?” And was told no! This would not cause noticeable issues! Which is crazy, because even a simple google search will tell you otherwise. You don’t have to know anything about cars to know that an issue like that would cause serious symptoms. I picked up my car shortly after the call, and waited to see how the issue progresses. Fast forward a few weeks, had the same problem again every time I refueled the car, and it finally popped a CEL. After scanning, the only code that it put up was the one related to a small leak in the evap system, which given my symptoms, points directly to a purge valve issue. Had I listened to them, I would have been thousands deep into a “repair” that would have left me with the same issue after filling my gas. PLEASE, if you do take your car here, or really any shop, please take it for a 2nd or even 3rd opinion, the first opinion is not always the correct one. In my case, they jumped to a very expensive “fix” based off of one code, instead of all 3 that they got when they scanned. I feel like a lot of shops try to scam females and take advantage of their lack of knowledge of cars. Luckily, I am very passionate about cars, especially German cars, and know more about my BMW than the average person, and listened to my instincts on this one. I’m glad I did. Not trying to deter anyone from going here, just sharing my experience, opinion, and trying to warn people to do their research, don’t trust just any shop right away, and always get another opinion if you’re not sure! I personally wouldn’t take my car here for any services, given that they were dishonest with me, didn’t listen to my concerns or what I thought was wrong, and tried to scam out of thousands of dollars.

Raymond Lilley was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in detail and was sure I understood my options and the different prices for each option for repair. Can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Will go here for all my car needs in the future.

The brakes on my F250 were making a noise on all stops. The personnel at EAS in Parker were friendly and honest about their assessment of the problem. They didn’t try to sell the most expensive brake parts but asked about my use of the truck and recommended pads that fit my needs. The truck was finished on time and when they said it would be done. I would recommend this store to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
