I was waiting to get oil change for 2 hours. They told me after an hour I needed new brakes for the rear and roters. Which i do not bc I just had them checked 2 months ago. Then they didn't even call me or tell me the car was finished. I won't come here again . For past year I've come here and they always tell me I need something done and then charge me a lot of money for it, and one time they left a tool in the car and it was clinging around until I came back. I'm done with this place

We have been going to Brakes Plus for several years for routine maintenance on both my husband and my cars. We have always loved the quick service and kind customer service we have received. This last month, I had my spark plugs, struts and shocks replaced there. Also, Jasmin and Nick tag teamed the somewhat lengthy process of troubleshooting an engine misfire. They figured it out (fuel injector) and kept me informed along the way. They honored their pricing and discounting even when a certain part wasn't in stock and were very patient with our questions as we figured out the best path for repairs. My car truly feels brand new in the way it is driving and I am so happy with my experience! So glad we have a good mechanic nearby that we can trust!

I had a great experience with Nick and Jasmin at Brakes Plus in Parker/Stonegate. They have inspected my brakes twice and both times said I don’t need brakes yet… Instead of trying to sell me something I don’t need. They also helped me with a vehicle inspection Service/form that I needed, at no charge. Very accommodating and very pleasant to work with! Will always use them for my breaks going forward.

Tadan was extremely helpful to me yesterday when I brought my car in to be looked at. Grease Monkey had made note on my invoice stating what I needed to fix on my car. Tadan was able to look over my car and make the correct repairs that my car needed. This was a true blessing to me. I was so worried about having my car fixed and where to get these accomplished. Tadan was able to take care of everything for me. Tadan also helped me when I did not know how to use my computer to make a payment. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and reliable person for car repair.

I scheduled an appointment at Brakes Plus for 8:00 AM for brakes and an oil change. I showed up at 7:55 and pulled in front of a bay. There were already several cars there, but I had an appointment, so I assumed that was the point. When I went inside, the same employee who scheduled me the day before told me to move my car because I was “blocking a bay.” So I moved it. Then I asked when they would be starting on my vehicle. He told me it would be at least an hour and a half before they could even pull it in and said, “Did you see the line this morning?” I responded that yes, I did — that’s why I made an appointment. He then told me that an appointment “doesn’t warrant anything.” If appointments don’t mean anything, why offer them? Completely defeats the purpose of scheduling. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my morning. I left and won’t be back.

Loved this shop! I came in as a walk-in for an oil change, wheel alignment, and tie rod replacement and it was a fantastic experience. Nick is the manager of brakes plus in Parker on keystone. He went above and beyond to help me with my car. This business is NOT just brakes. They are a full service car repair and maintenance. Another auto shop shop said I needed extensive work. I had my doubts, got a second opinion from brakes plus and sure enough they said no you only need pads not rotors. I trust this Establishment and my family is now a long term customer of Nick at Brakes Plus. PS they also change my oils and belts and did a thorough check up on my car before I went on a long trip. These guys are awesome!
