My car's battery died all of a sudden and the Nissan service center did not let me in without an appointment, which was not available for another week. I have seen a lot of recommendations about Greg's and decided to give it a shot. They took me in without an appointment, replaced the battery and verified that the alternator is working. I recommend Greg's and will definitely go there again.

Greg's is the best auto shop I've been to in Colorado and I don't mean that lightly. I unfortunately have a car that hates my existence and wants to break every few weeks- Greg has been right there to help me manage it. I'm an Uber driver so the car is my entire livelihood. Not only are they super professional, they're fast and don't upcharge you to the point that you cry the moment you get back in your car. Christie in the front office was awesome to speak with while I waited and helped calm some major anxiety I had over the last fix. Greg himself helped me get back on the road. They really make you feel like your family and not another member that walked in with an issue. Thanks Gregs for getting me back on the road!

11/2016- Greg's has worked on our cars for 10 years. Fair honest and do great work what else could you ask for? 1/2018- I had an issue with a brake job Greg's did for me. Roger worked with me over a 6 month period to make sure it got corrected. He had a tech get in with me for a drive and we came up with a solution. Greg's Auto stands behind their work I was treated very fairly and the end result is fantastic. I would use them again and would highly recommend them. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to use them well worth it.

I can't say anything bad about this place! Greg has saved us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! we went to a well known shop "that specializes" in jeeps and messed my husband's jeep.up so bad!!! He not only has fixed it but it runs better then ever! He also has done work on my Durango and it has been great!!! There has even been times where something has happened or a light turned on in my SUV and I have driven there with no appt and Greg has come out, taken time out of his BUSY DAY and looked and told me the issue!!! He is a life saver, an HONEST, RELIABLE person that also happenes to be a mechanic! The front desk lady is Chrisstie ( Gregs wife) she will always greet you with a smile, and let you know the price before any work gets done! I absolutely recommend this place over any other shop in Parker!!!

Needless to say when you have an auto repair shop and technicians you can trust and rely on, then you are gold. Not only does Greg's check those boxes but we've found them reasonably priced compared to comparable service in the Parker area and stellar customer service. They are heavily booked but if you can manage the wait for an appointment, you can bet you won't be disappointed.

At first I was excited to work with Greg’s Auto Repair because of all the great reviews but when I walked into their office I was greeted with Greg’s wife (as she identified herself) and I informed her that wanted to get my suspension replaced in my Chevy Suburban. She quickly said that her husband doesn’t touch that vehicle because it has an air ride suspension. She said the only way to replace the air ride system was to take it to the Chevy dealership because of warranty issues. (Informed her that my vehicle does not have warranty) I replied that I didn’t want to continue with the air ride system and I wanted to replace it with regular struts all the way around the vehicle. She then said she needed to check with her husband to confirm he would take on that request. After speaking directly with Greg and confirming to replace without air ride he requested his wife to take the vin number down and they will call me with the estimate and would likely match the previous owners estimates they did in the past for the same job. After 3 weeks and calling the office and following up with the estimate, I spoke with Denise and informed me there was no estimate yet and they will call me back once available.1 week later still have not heard from Greg’s Auto. Sadly, this repair shop is unprofessional and needs to do better.

Greg and his team were friendly, thorough, and honest! I had been told something different was wrong with my car at another shop, but Greg diagnosed the issue and I felt confident in his solution. He could have added at least another $1000 to this job and said the original issue I was told was wrong still also was on top of what he diagnosed, but instead he fixed it with just his proposed original solution because that's all I truly needed! A breath of fresh air from a repair shop. Prices were also slightly less than others, but not at the compromise of the work. This was my first time at Greg's, but it won't be my last.

Please support local Small Businesses, we really do need more of them. We will only take our vehicles to Greg. He is simply the best. They are professional, honest, and do great work. We have been going to Greg's for well over 10 years. He has worked on our Camry, a lemon Subaru we used to own, and our Honda Odyssey. Each time we have an issue, we know the Mechanics at Greg's have always been fair and honest. They have never tried to up-sell us on any unnecessary. Brought my 2017 Mazda CX 5 to this shop after my neighbor recommended them. Ultimately, the issue was too complex/unique to the car and it was recommended that I take it to the dealership. But, that just shows me honesty right there. And, not only that, Greg tried for hours to fix the issue and even went as far as to order a part to test (mass air flow sensor) just to see if it was that as indications pointed to a sensor failure. All in all, I am going to go back and will do so soon to get a tranny flush. Honesty goes a long way in my book.
