★★★★☆ They have always been really helpful and responsive in terms of my 2016 Jeep. My only note is it’s possible your vehicle may not be a fit for them. I took my Jeep back twice after the original repair and they still could not figure out what was causing the stutter when starting. I didn’t ask for a partial refund, but I felt one may be deserved due to the fact they charged me and didn’t actually fix it, now I’m forced to take it somewhere else to possible spend even more $. Just make sure you communicate and they’ll do the same and help you out as much as they can!

★☆☆☆☆ Classic shady auto repair shop. Double and triple check any invoices, it will definitely contain add-ons and surcharges you don’t need. When I personally reviewed my quote I found a $150 line item for “fuel injection service” with a separate parts cost of $60…..I don’t know what kind of magic they’re putting in their fuel additive, the average bottle costs $10. I could see $30-$50 if they’re really padding the margins, but $60 is hilarious. Putting it on the invoice with no explanation and a $150 labor fee takes things from hilarious to insulting. It would be one thing if they identified the problems correctly, but their diagnoses were questionable at best. They listed a machine transmission fluid flush on my invoice. Any reputable mechanic would check the car’s mileage and ask the owner about previous transmission flushes before recommending a machine flush. My car is at 180k miles, hasn’t had a transmission flushes since 60k, and these guys were going to machine flush it! Even if they intended to have a conversation with me, going straight to the machine flush is, again, insulting. My spark plugs and boots did need to be replaced. They quoted spark plugs only, the boots would have been a fun surprise cost after the fact. Over quoting on the transmission flushes, under quoting on spark plugs. Be prepared for a “supplies fee” and a “convenience fee”. What supplies does this cover that aren’t in the parts breakdown? Who knows. What convenience are you paying for? Again, who knows. “Extreme” prices over here, these guys really think they’re a dealership.
