I thought I was dreaming.........do shops like this really exist? By far the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. The whole process was so seemless thanks to their staff and dedication to service. They handled everything from the first phone call. The car was picked up withn the hour. During that time they had already coordinated with the other drivers insurance (they were at fault) and got the ball rolling the VERY SAME DAY. No delays! They welcome endless checkup calls, provide you with accurate status and next steps AND they make it a point to call you Mr./Mrs. when speaking with you. Classy is an understatement. Other shops could learn a lot about customer service from Setco. More importantly, the repair was flawless. They don't cut corners because they understand a car, to most people, is very personal. This is my first time working with Setco and my experience with Setco is outstanding. I'm not a car person so every time when I have to deal with my car, I would get nervous. However, Setco helps to ease my worriness away with their amazing customer service. Every time I call them to ask for an update, they are always helpful and answer all my questions. Even though I know they are a busy body shop; however, due to my situation, I had to ask them if they could expedite my service. Therefore, they helped me and my car was ready a week before the expected delivery time. Thank you everyone at Setco for the amazing service and experience. I would recommend Setco to everyone!

This place is amazing. I drove over some kind of metal object that flew out of a truck on the freeway and messed up all of the lower paneling under my front, ripped my radiator out so it was dangling and you could see it through the grill, as well as front bumper damage. Great customer service and very clear and timely communication! I’m not a car person but they helped me understand very clearly what was going on with my car. They did a thorough job and my car is good as new!! Also as a female-I’m always stressed about going to get car work done and that’s just not an issue here. Honest and high quality work!! Thank you Setco. Hopefully won’t need to come back anytime soon!!

Pretty sure there was a dog sleeping in my vehicle while the insurance claim came out (since I was recently in an accident and my lawyer sent my car to this shop). There was white dog hair all over the dash and front seats, muddy paw prints on the driver’s window switches. Even seems like they let the windows down during the rain because that same switch was full of water. I was lucky they were still working. Employees except for crystal are rude and short tempered.

I just got my 2012 Honda Pilot repaired from Setco Auto Body after a collision and I was so amazed on how the repair was unnoticeable, it looks like it just came out from the car dealership. Marlene, Carlos and the rest of the staff at Setco Auto Body are awesomely the best. I live approximately 2 hours away from Setco and with at least, one or 2 updates per week from Marlene, on what was done to my car and what’s going on with car insurance, providing options and be able to be flexible to accommodate my need as a customer, communication was exceptional and that made me confident that my car will be and indeed was in great hands. That’s what you want from a company that will take care of you and especially, your vehicle. That’s why I trust and value their service and I highly recommend Setco Auto Body. I was very pleased with my experience with Setco Auto body. The repairs that they completed on my vehicle were very satisfactory. The time it took, was about expected. I was very grateful that Setco Auto body provided a loaner car at no cost to myself. Furthermore Setco Auto body brought the loaner car to me approximately 200 miles away. When they returned my car, it was cleaner than I gave it to them, fyi, my car is also my work vehicle. Lalo, the gentleman who was responsible for bringing my vehicle back, was very courteous and polite. Now for the hammer. In my review I will not name names, however, one person in the office and one person in the shop I found a little rude. I was raised that if I tell someone I'm going to do something, then I do it. In business if I let a customer know that I need to find out the answer to their inquiry and that I will call them right back, then that's what I would do. On two occasions with the front office and one occasion with the shop, I was informed that someone would get right back to me, only to have a week later still no response. This review is based solely on my experience with Setco Auto body. I would have gave a solid five star all the way across the board if their people had only done what they said they would do. Call me Old fashioned. If you happen to find yourself in a similar position as mine, Setco Auto body is a fine place to do business with, and as I said, I am very grateful for the service they have provided me.

This Auto body shop goes above and beyond for their customers, walking me through every step and guiding me through the insurance process and being super kind to my every call ( believe me when I say I called everyday ) not once did I get a ugly attitude or a nasty response. My car is literally my baby and they took amazing care of my baby.
