Although, I did not buy my jeep from them. I have been bringing it down for service since last March, for the same lights to continue to come back on over and over again. The first and second time I felt they rushed, the third and last time they had my jeep for 3 weeks. Never called for updates, left me on hold for 15-20 minutes until I would hang up and call back. The service manager Chris is rude and condescending, my last interaction with him after calling to voice my concerns as to why it is still not fixed but, I keep paying for a service not properly being provided he chuckled before responding to me, and advised I call stelantis. As a young female that relies on her car to safely get to work and back. I do not feel comfortable or safe bringing my jeep here for repairs ever again.
