Ordered on the app. for curbside. I checked-in 6 minutes after I have ordered and waited another 20 minutes when no one came. So I went inside and my order was sitting on the counter and the workers were joking and laughing. It had to have there for about 20 minutes because the food was cold. This is the last time I am going to visit the one one at 14480 Wards Rd.

Unfortunately the last 5 visits have been let downs. The Icee style drink machines never seem to be operational. The staff are always friendly and the overall appearance of the store is clean. MTO food tastes good, but is prepared sloppy and doesn't always 'look' the best.

The restrooms were clean. We stopped in for some food. We used the self-serve order station and the self checkout. My husband enjoyed his chicken quesadilla. I enjoyed a chicken sandwich. Would stop by again.

I ordered curbside. I ordered a salad and I got this big container that wasn't even near half full. Why have such a big container with less than half of a salad. I don't mind paying $8 for a salad but dang and it took 15 minutes. Just asking, can I get at least half of the container. No smile, young lady looked upset. Maybe I'm missing something? 😕

On a road trip - ordered 2 wraps. Only received one, no biggie except when we asked for the 2nd one they claimed a half a wrap counted as one, so since we had 2 halves they refused to make it. Didn't have time to sit around and argue but have fun explaining this review to your regional director I'm sure they'll see right through your bs too ✌🏼

Store was busy and everything was running well. When I was getting gas I noticed the rejection sticker on the pumps and I know it could be for many reasons but sheetz is my go to! This made me apprehensive about continuing to fuel at this location I hope they fix it soon whatever is wrong.

This is my Son's favorite morning stop for coffee and breakfast. We went there today while heading back home. The gas pumps were quick and easy to get into. The service inside was friendly enough. The coffee was hot and flavorful. The breakfast sandwiches were mush.. soggy, and flavorless in my opinion. Likely warmed up in microwave before handing to us.

Man i wish these were in Ga, can't wait for Georgia to get it's hands on a sheetz, finally show how it's done. Hands down was the best 👌. Food good and fresh and service was excellent. Not usually an attendant will make sure you know the customer comes 1st but at this location it seems pretty normal. Grateful to have stopped in. Definitely saved for future trips.

This Sheetz is always busy when we stop in the morning. The manager today was replacing the cream at the coffee station and tried to get it done as quickly as possible. Because my husband had to wait a moment, the manager gave him a customer rewards card and offered him a new coffee. The staff is courteous and working hard to get our orders made quickly. The store was clean, and the tables were ready for customers.

This used to be the best Sheetz on 29, unfortunately the renovations has made this place about useless. Gas pumps are limited. During certain times of the day you might as well not even try to stop, if you do they you can be there for about 10+ minutes just waiting for a pump to come available. I'm not sure why all the sheets are remodeling to lesser pumps but I would have to say it has to be hurt in that business.

This place was so great. Coming from the West, it's magical to see a gas station like this. I personally was stoked to see that they had Cheerwine on fountain!! Staff were kind and helpful and I was in and out in a flash. Loved it!

Sheetz is the best place to stop as you are traveling. Great gas prices, and MTO is the best. This Sheetz is conveniently located off the road. There are plenty of gas pumps, and the staff is friendly. Definitely look for Sheetz and stop in for a beverage and snack.

Reading all the reviews, it looks like everyone is mixing this up with the newer one about a mile down. I was reminded tonight why it is safer to go the extra mile in the wrong direction from home. I will let you look at pictures and decide for yourself. Photos I didn't take were the barely walkable paths between stacks of bins of restock all over the store. I drive by nearly everyday and I will make a point not to stop here anymore. Glad I was only buying a bottle of water.

My family and I were at the new Sheetz on Wards Rd. Lynchburg,VA. We ordered 3 smoothies at 5:15pm on 9/28. Naturally, it was crazy busy. And naturally, all of the employees are new and learning new things. Smoothie kid was incredible! Unfortunately he was so backed up and stressed out. But he handled it super well. In our 15 mins of waiting, we watched him beg the manager for help 2x, to no avail. She walked around the store doing literally nothing as 3 other employees looked around desperately for help. It was even so bad that a delivery came in and she shouted to the delivery driver "not gonna lie dude, this is our 1st delivery, so you gotta figure it out." Then she proceeded to make 2 customers move their car WHILE they were enjoying a meal together so she could have the truck driver deliver in a specific location. 5 stars to the drink-making guy and all the other employees struggling. 0 stars for the manager with short, curly, red hair who didn't care to even lift a finger or encourage for her incredible employees.

Smaller than the average Sheetz with a somewhat convoluted second entrance. Decent # of parking spaces and pumps. No secondary oversized diesel pump area. Bathrooms are clean, food is good. Limited self checkout and 1 primary register.
