This is the dirties gas station. Pumps didn’t take my card had to go inside. Toilet didn’t work covered with plastic. Terrible! Drive past if you can

This gas station I would avoid at night the guy that usually works is super odd kicked me out one night after waiting to pay for my drink I already opened he told me leave it on the counter and get out I think we got robbed by the last employee after the kid left and told him money's in the safe just stay away at night

Hard to access as others have mentioned. Nasty bathroom. Urinals are so close together without any dividers. They do have gas and water for sale, hence the 2 stars.

I would say this is an average gas station. They have gas and food so that’s nice. My friend got the hotdog and he said it was ok. The bathroom smells like urine. It could use a facelift

I travel and typically fill up here, however the past few months I can't get a receipt and am forced to go in and wait in line(never fast).. Filled up again today, same issue and no liquid in windshield washing buckets.. I'm done, I'll go down the road to a place that cares about service

I swear, as gas prices go up, service goes down. I spend SO MUCH MONEY go gas, the least you can do is have window fluid and paper towels. NONE of the stations have this. Get it together big oil. You can steal from our pockets but at least give us window fluid.

It was quite disturbing to enter and see cashier at register that had no plexiglass barrier, no mask chatting with an unmasked customer. She complained when I said I would only put my items on the counter with the barrier. I said you are putting me at risk. She then agreed. Really reckless and stupid. She has family, I’m over 60 with an at risk spouse.

Would give a zero if possible. Tried to get gas today, pay at the pump wasn't working on any of the pumps, no signs. When you put your credit card in, it would ask if it was a debit card (yes/no) then do nothing. Refuse to give money to company that is too lazy to put up signs about their pumps or use the speakers to let customers know there is an issue.

I went in to get coffee. I fell in front of the cash register. The floor was wet. No wet floor sign. The cashier looked over the desk and said be careful the floor is wet. Never asked if I was ok. My leg is hurting soo bad now. I will never go back there again.

I went in to the Clearlake Shell Station in Springfield, IL to get lottery tickets, abt 6:20 pm on Wed, June 30th. The gas pumps were busy. There was one person in front of me, the cashier (Cheyenne) had her cell phone ON SPEAKER talking to a friend while waiting on customers! When it was my turn, she said hold on a minute (to me) and she did some calculating on her phone while the friend continued to talk to her! I wanted tickets, so I told her what I wanted; she told her friend to " hold on a minute" and she waited on me, all the while the friend was talking non-stop. I could not believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this cashier was! There were 2 more customers behind me and I'm sure they heard the same things I heard and got the same bad service. This employee needs disciplined! If this is what goes on when there is no supervision there, I will NOT be returning to this station!

my boyfriend went in on his 21st to buy something and it was the day of his 21st and they turned him away because his id was vertical. it is a valid id and doesn’t expire for 3 more months. wouldn’t recommend going here🤷🏽♀️

Very disrespectful employees no one at the register waiting for 10 mins for a clerk to get there when clerk arrived I asked to 30 dollars on pump 10 and had to go back into the store cause the pump was not working was then told by the employee she put the gas on pump 17 which was diesel gas! Which manager came out and proceed to yell and swear along with the person who was at the register then threaten to call police on us even though she was the one YELLING AT THE CUSTOMER!! Avoid this Gas station at all cost the people they have employed there are very ill will human beings!!

The employees are friendly and helpful. But it seems there are frequently beggars and transients coming up to you when you're at the pump. And often it's the same people day after day. I generally avoid getting gas here, but I'll use the market.
