Thay like to pocket your change like thay did to me i bought a pack of cigarettes and a litgher with a $20 and the clerk didn't give me my $14 dollars and sed she did and that they were going to call me to return it to me. So. Just to let people know thay will rob you

Was asked to leave my backpack at the counter....uh what? I come in here all the time and BUY stuff. Never been accused of stealing. No I'm not leaving my bag with all my personal belongings in it with your employees. Won't be stopping in here for anything anymore. Besides that everything is overpriced anyway.

Do NOT use this Shell!!!!! I was just charged over $250 in hold fees!!! That's absolutely ridiculous! The lesser one has been adjusted, but there is NO reason why the one for $175 should be on hold at all. It's a RIDICULOUS amount, and there's ZERO reason for TWO transactions! I called to have it fixed, because my card had just been declined, while trying to buy something online. Since I just had $300 in my account, and only bought $32 worth of gas, there is NO REASON WHATSOEVER TO HAVE A $250+ HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT!!!! It's only gas! I didn't get a rental car! And my car only takes Premium & it only holds 9 gallons too. So do that math. When I called tonight (just before 1am on March 18th) the chick working copped an attitude with me!!! She demanded that I look at the pump, and I had JUST told her that I was home already. She says, "the pump says there will be a $75 hold." 🙄 Me: "I told you, I'm not outside. PLUS, it wasn't a $75 hold. There were two holds, one for $78 & the other for $175!!!!!! That's an additional $100, ON TOP of the other hold!"🙄😒 Her: "Well, there's nothing I can do." Me: "So you are expecting me to drive across town to get the number off the pump?!!" Her: "Guess you'll have to make Google your friend!" Me: 😒🙄🙄🙄 I start to say, "Just go get it off the pump for me, you're right there," but she HUNG UP ON ME! It's not even busy. I called back, she refused to answer. I called again, she ignored the call. I called a 3rd time and she answered claiming to put me on hold, but the 100% had the intention to leave me on hold. It wasn't busy. The number was 12ft outside of the door, and instead of offering to help, she copped an attitude with me, made a snarky remark, and the HUNG UP ON ME! There were dozens of things she should have done instead, and no excuse of "being busy" would have been an excuse for her behavior. She could have even taken my number, and called me back with the number to fix what Shell had just done to my account. She was disgustingly unprofessional. FIRE HER! And I expect the holds to be removed from my account IMMEDIATELY!!! Edit: I have now spoken to management from the company that owns this location, and the girl who was working claimed her behavior was justified because I called her the "c" word. I have never used that word, ever. So, she lied to try to keep her job. That doesn't surprise me at all. Garbage tends to get desperate and lie.
