Literally the worst gas station in Boulder. Good luck pulling in and finding a pump. If you do get lucky, you’ll never get out of the station.

Pump is very finicky. Will often stop and pump very slow, especially for low or mid-grade gasoline. I wish there were other nearby options in Gunbarrell.

The staff inside is great, but otherwise, if you want to pay for some of the most expensive gas in the area, while being forced to listen to commercials at the pump, this is the gas station for you

Pumps play commercials and I don't get anything for them playing advertising. Someone is making money, it's not me and the gas isn't any cheaper. Go somewhere else that doesn't treat customers like that. I started getting gas but cancelled it just as it began playing advertising.

Rude service and won’t break anything bigger than a 20. Pizza is cold when they have it. Overall a joke of a store wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Refused to sell tobacco products. I am 21 with a valid ID, the lady refused to scan my real ID, and when I tried to argue saying it was real and that it is illegal to refuse me, she sent me out of the store telling me I can’t argue. Very rude.

Might as well spit on your car. Dryer doesn’t work. Doesn’t do all that you pay for. Even the color foam... it tinkles on the car... doesn’t even touch the back half. You can run your finger on the hood and see the dirt come off after coming out. Don’t do it.

I go to the counter due to the pump not working. The guy looks at me like I'm stupid and simply tells me to go to another. I challenge the clerk why it wasn't and he simply said you can try again. So I pay the clerk to try again. Pump still doesn't work. Move to a new pump some time later, and when I go in to talk to the other clerk, she tells me that they are working on there pumps and many aren't working. Why didn't the first clerk tell me this. On top of all of that i was unable to get gas because they ran my card too many times. Hire employees that can assist customers, by not demeaning them, instead inform customers of issues that is widely known by staff.

Pump didn't turn off, yes i was standing right there, still got gasoline all over my car. Went inside to let attendent know, and he said that happens, seemingly all the time, and showed a bunch of kitty litter he uses to clean it up when ppl leave. They know its broken and just arent fixing it, that damages peoples cars! Also were completely out of the gas protection gloves they are supposed to have by the pumps so i had clean up without them.

People have always been nice to me. Only gas station in the area, so if you need to fill up, you don’t have any other choice. Lot is awkward when full. Slowest fuel pumps on the planet. I’d estimate they’re just shy of a gallon per minute. If you’re looking for a quick fill-up, you’ll be very disappointed.

Awesome gas station, but the convenience store is not open 24 hours. Reasonably priced and good easy gas station. We towed the bus here and gassed up, and there is an attached car wash! Nice location next to King Soopers

Usually have a good experience here, but when I went the pump told me to go inside to pay when I selected outside, went in and the lady told me I had to come back in and pay, but she was very rude and sighed when i walked up. I know it’s hard this time of year, but if you working customer service you should try and be nice. She must be new, never saw her there before, but kind of a downer and wasn’t friendly at all. The other people that I’ve talked too are all very friendly. As someone who worked retail for years I know it’s hard to work holidays, but at least put a smile on your face and act like you want to be there.

Advertized price of 3.30 was for 85 octane, “normal” 87 was 35 cents more. You would think for that price you could at least get a decent windshield washer - but those were shredded, scraped on the window and the squeegee was worn out

They force you to watch ads unless to pay for Shell+. just kidding, there is no way to avoid the stupid ads except by walking away from the pump. That’s a risk and that’s on them. I’m not going to sit there and be brainwashed by corporate garbage. I avoid this place whenever I possibly can. also, only the pumps are open 24 hours so don’t believe the lies on the website

Don't buy anything inside of this gas station because it advertised prices and charges you something different. Apparently you don't get the sale price unless you're a member. So the drinks aren't actually two for $4.50. Advertise the right price. You scam artists. I'll never buy anything from this station again
