They almost always say the lottery machine is broken, depending on who is working. This she went to the machine and didn't even try scanning my card. I've filled out a complaint with corporate.

This was by far the dirtiest, nastiest public bathroom I have ever been in! "Dirty" toilet paper filled the trash can. Floors hadn't been swept or mopped in what looked like weeks. Had to scrub the seat before I could sit because it was NASTY! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

It says 24/7 but is indeed not 24/7 tried to get gas here 3 times and the guy was at the register on his phone with the door locked is it 24/7 or not

Very expensive but convenient. I spend a lot of money in here, until today. The short haired, very pudgy, day shift manager, who is always eating, and acts like she's doing you a favor if you make her work, decided my $2.50 in quarters needed to be washed with a hot towel. I asked her if she was planning to put them in her mouth and she said "I don't HAVE to take them at all, if you're gonna cop an attitude!" So I, ofcourse, took my dirty money some place else. Hahaha Only in Arkansas. Customer service is a complete mystery to these people! And when they go out of business, they're so shocked. Unreal

Both employees and other customers make no effort to wear a mask or face cover during the deadliest months of the pandemic. Would recommended going to a different gas station that is cleaner and actually follows the rules that they post at their entrance.

Terrible service. Treat non family employees like expendable tools. Close down constantly for ridiculous reasons for near hours, things like safe count, or a single pump getting worked on. Usually pretty rude. Overpriced. Almost always someone outside the door asking for change.

I don't really see the logic in advertising yourself as a 24 hour store but can't get the staff to cover it. Kind of irritating going here in the middle of the night expecting it to be open, one of the only stores in this area open all night since COVID and The Great Resignation hit....lo and behold, there's a sign on the locked doors "Had to close at 11:45PM, will reopen at 6am" Thanks for nothing.

Would give zero stars if I could. When I needed to fill up my Nissan with gas, I made sure I was nowhere near this place, just in case I ran out of gas and was obligated to go there. I have lived in Fayetteville 3+ years and have never had even a decent experience here. Staff is unhelpful on good days, creepy on bad days. I would highly suggest taking your business literally anywhere else. If you find yourself in need of gas, just avoid going inside that vortex of incivility and apathy of a building at all costs!

Not even ONE CUSTOMER inside yet NO ICE in either machine! I make the raquet of trying to get drink , THEY dont even NOTICE - THIS IS NOT A WHITE OAK STATION LIKE I HV EVER SEEN - It USED to be NICE, CLEAN, & busy- the CARWASH is boarded up- THEY DONT HAVE GOOD ICE- It is dirty &$ Doesnt even SMELL clean- i am SO DISAPPOINTED- I hope the MEN WORKING OUTSIDE don't need an effn COLD ICY DRINK !! NO LUCK HERE!!! Maps even said " As busy as it gets" on a Thursday afternoon at 330 - I'd say - they may need a NEW manager - NEW employees - or just GO HOME - guess GAS- You can get by yourself is only way it is even useful anymore !

AVOID if you can! The pumps at this location are time waisting, worn out pieces of garbage! Had to move to a 3rd pump to get gas with a bank debit card! These pumps need to get repaired or better yet replaced! Within 8 years ago this use to be my 2nd favorite station. Should have just continued to get gas at Murphy's! Somewhat friendly to distant Customer service inside.

3 of 5 customers in the store were not wearing masks. I will not go here again. I understand that this is difficult to enforce, however, this is the first time I have experienced this in Fayetteville in months. Indicates to me that the business does not enforce our statewide mandate.

Would give it zero stars if I could. I have been there several times when they were suposed to he open at 5am according to the sign on the door but wouldn't open till almost 6am. I called the cops thinking something may be wrong so before the management suger coats this its been documented. I've bought stuff at one price when listed cheaper. They really are rude and short with their interactions between customers.

Half of the pumps are always down, and the other half have issues with cards. I try to prepay, have them take my card and it'll take $0.80 before it'll stop the pump. This is the only station I've ever had issues with!

NEVER GET GAS HERE. What kind of place charges a $125 hold after only getting $20 of gas on your card and after much contact with the management involved, still doesn't return it? All I needed was documentation to get it resolved, and they still couldn't offer that up out of pure laziness and not giving one bit of care. This was straight up robbery.

I'm a Fuel Rewards member and won't use this station in the future. In addition to the slowest pump I've ever experienced, the store area is rundown, with the bathroom not having paper towels or a working hand dryer. White Oak Station and Shell, improvements are warranted.

I’ve been in here more than a few times and the customer service is pretty poor. No greeting, no “have a nice day,” and the lady appeared frustrated I was paying in cash. Bathrooms often unclean and gas price too high. Gonna avoid this place as much as I can.
