The cashier had a pistol at the ready on his right side hip. I guess I was supposed to hope he didn't have a reason to fire at me after making a purchase. With all the mental illness in this country I'm surprised shell gas stations would allow this...

I had one of those days where everything was going wrong and Alex was there to help me with a smile everytime I walked in. I can't say thank you enough. Great customer service and fry's gas point works here as well.

This is Scottsdale. One of the most expensive places to live in the country and this Shell has pretty expensive gas compared to Phoenix. Aka making money hand over fist. However the owner is too cheap to install a credit card reader at the car wash. I haven’t paid for a car wash with cash in a decade! Spend the money and get a credit card reader. You’re losing business!!!

This location is constantly just closing whenever they want. I’ll show up at 7pm closed. Show up at 8pm closed. Guy walking out the door at 7:50 and says we’re closed. I said what time do you guys close at. He says 8:00pm looks at his phone oh actually 7:45pm. This location is a joke with the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I get it’s a gas station but this by far is the most poorly run location I’ve ever been to. GO SAVE STRESS AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Do not give them your money. Very poor service. They stole me 4 carwash I paid in advance and they close services whenever they want. Don't waste your time and money, the manager doesn't care about clients concerns, they laugh if you ask for customers service. This place is going down.

PLEASE go here if you want to be called “gross” for not having ALL THE MONEY in the world for gas. my boyfriend needed gas after work around 4/4:30 and this was the closest gas station to him. he stopped and grabbed all the money he had went to the cashier and tried to pay for his gas. For some reason she rolled her eyes at him, called him “gross”?? and threw a fit because he had to pay with a few quarters and dollars. living paycheck to paycheck is not easy so please don’t make it any harder.

I stopped by for a simple transaction. Cash in $52 of winnings from the Lottery & purchase $12 in tickets. Change of $40. Felicia the cashier did not know how to add/subtract, at first handed me $28. I told her that's not correct. Then handed me $38, still not correct. Then Felicia's frustration began to show due to her lack of adding and subtracting. She got angry, handed me the $40 & told me never to come back. WOW! Management needs to hire people who have an education!

HORRIBLE! Pumps don't work, so bring a tire iron to beat them into submission. ONE clerk working and she locked up the store to go outside to use a restroom - 18 people waiting in line to get her to void out/cancel their transactions that are not working at 5:00PM on a Tuesday To top it off, it automatically makes it a debit so it whacks you $100 on your checking account even when it doesn't work. You can't use a debit card as a credit. We voided, left and bought elsewhere. Will NEVER come back to this crackpot joint. Shell should pull their franchise.

Good to get gas. Older gas pumps and store. Seen one of the cashiers outside smoking a cigarette. I mean, she wasn't right next to a gas pump, but still close enough. If I lit up a cigarette there, I'd probably get yelled at by other customers or staff. Just thought it was an odd place to have an ashtray too.

The gas station pumps had errors and were malfunctioning when I tried to pay with card. The pump would get stuck at "lift nozzle", even when I lifted the nozzle it wouldn't recognize that it was up and would cancel the transaction. I had to try another pump, and it would also have an error and say to 'See Cashier'. My card works as I bought gas at a nearby gas station right after with no problems. They need to do more maintenance on the pumps, the buttons are all cracking and faded. They need to at least put out of order signs on the pumps that are having problems.

Not that impressed with Super Pumper that closes at 8pm on Saturday evenings. I was shoo’d away by the cashier and told not to come back until 6am. When asked if this was a one time occurrence or new hours she said, “it is today, today is the day the hours are like this” …. Cool, I’ll go next door to Circle K

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. They double charged me. Wouldn’t issue a refund. Proceeded to become ruder and insulting. Referred me to a manager but then gave me the phone number of the phone directly behind them. When I called the number, they laughed and hung up. The car wash that I was double charged for did not wash the car at all. I paid $14 to be insulted, laughed at, and have my car just as dirty as when I arrived. Completely ridiculous. I wish I would’ve read all of the other one star reviews before this experience.

I think the manager Alex and one of the customer service reps Dee are amazing. They are always friendly and looking for ways to make sure you have a good experience. They are honestly some of the best customer service folks I know. I fill up here regularly both gas and propane.
