Prices are decent. There's a micro brew station inside. Utilize their rewards card to get gas a but cheaper.

Pay at the pump doesn't work so instead of holding your card like other stations, they force you to prepay some arbitrary amount. Should have just left when the pumps didn't work. Won't bother going back and went to a different gas station to make my c store purchases.

I have a rewards card with Shell, I came to this location and because the system wants working right either the manager or who ever the rude woman was told me they don’t do refunds to give me my rewards. It is not my fault YOUR SYSTEM DOESNT WORK AND AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I EXPECT YOU TO WORK WITH ME, not get an attitude. I’ll take my money and my business elsewhere even if it means I pay more for gas!

***If traveling*** This is a good location to stop stretch your legs and fill up your tank... I am sure there can be some traffic issue depending the time of day, but I have had good luck with getting back on I40 from here. ***Traveling by car***

Pulled In after work at 11:00. No one was in the building and it was locked with no one answering to attend the pump stations. Really needed gas unfortunately. Lived in park hill most of my life walking to this gas station and was caught off guard by how a 24/7 gas station is somehow closed. Waited 20 minutes and no one came into the store.

The cashier Brandy was high out of her mind on meth this morning (Aug. 17). She was shaking so violently that she could barely give me my change back. While doing this, she was talking to herself and cussing about how “I’m for REAL. I’m from the NORF SIDE. “ I was literally just awkwardly standing there, staring in amazement at the meth goblin standing in front of me. I guess they’ll really hire anyone. 🤷♂️🤦♂️

Been going to this gas station for most of my life, but I’m afraid that is at an end. I’ve noticed a SEVERE drop off in the quality of service for the past year or so, but now I’ve finally had enough. The cashier with the crooked eye is so ridiculously unenthusiastic that she will straight up tell the customers that she “don’t wanna be up there”. She’s rude, she tells customers that they are out of items whenever she’s actually just too lazy to go find them. It’s a crying shame that this new ownership had allowed this gas station to fall off this badly. What a shame.

Today my son was on the way to his birthday dinner and had a flat tire, but was able to make it to the Shell station parking lot. Out of courtesy, my son went inside to tell the manager that his car was outside with a flat tire, but AAA was on the way. The manager responded by telling my son that he’d have him towed unless my son gave him $20. And no, he wasn’t kidding. I had arrived at the station just as this occurred. I had planned to give my son my car to take to dinner while I waited with his car on AAA to arrive at the station and change his tire. But, erring on the side of caution because of this manager’s threat, my son changed the tire himself, which made him late to his own birthday celebration. This particular station was a regular stop from daycare to college for both my kids, from being in car seats until driving on their own. We’ve been here hundreds of times and it’s been our automatic go-to for a gas station in NLR. So it feels particularly notable how this one interaction undid 27 years of goodwill between a family and a company.

This morning 1/7/26 I had a wonderfully beautiful experience, because of the rush in the morning I forgot my wallet. and I only brought with me my cash app, that I don't know how to use but 2 very kind ladies, angels fallen from heaven, helped me and explained what to do, and I was able to buy my gas 🙏🏻🤗🙌🏻. God bless you for that beautiful heart, and that love with which you serve your customers.

I tried to fill up last night. Doors were locked so I couldn't use cash. Someone was there but wouldn't answer the door. I used a card at the pump & they shutdown the pump just after I started pumping. I went back to the door & the guy just stared at me. So I left. Hopefully the manager will fix this.
