I have never had an issue at your station until today when a young cop wanna be who identified himself as Todd treated me like I was a suspect, refusing to stand close enough to my car for me to read his nametag and who informed me that he did not want to engage with me. He didn't thank me for having tipped him and made no gesture of appreciation for my business. It is my hope that his employment there is temporary.

Consistently poor service. Seeking employees to make purchases is not good for business. Glad a business during pandemic can survive without service. Edit 2 months later. Happened again, no service.. Trying to use up these gift cards and they just don't like customer service. It's not hard to pump gas... it is literally the easiest job I've ever had... ever in my life. Try hiring competent employees

Our car had broken down right after pumping our gas. Although it was not their job, The employees were so helpful, and welcoming and helped us through every step til we got our car running again. Seleste is the sweetest and kindest lady! You would be lucky to have your car break down here too, just so you could hang out with her :)

I've never had this thought in my life until I visited this gas station. "They have some great service". The you man who was pumping our gas was very respectful and you can tell he was raised properly. He came over and washed our windows during his free time while we were there. Highly recommend.

I love to post reviews of gas stations near major freeways that have clean restrooms and nice people working at the station. This Shell right off Interstate 5 in Ashland qualifies for such a stop. They have a nice convenience store, drive through car wash and if the mood strikes there is a fancy cannabis shop across the street that usually has a food truck parked in front. This is our stop for gas and restroom break when we travel through the area. Clean restrooms and reasonably priced gas. Worth the stop!
