I’m glad lithia body and paint treated us better than we were treated by Angelina with liberty mutual insurance. Liberty mutual has to be the very worse insurance company I have ever dealt with. It was extremely difficult reach a live person and perhaps harder to get a person at Liberty mutual to return any of my phone calls. Ill stick with Farmers Insurance.

I wasn’t going to leave a review on my experience at this shop at first, but the universe said otherwise because when I was driving my truck home finally(after three months) and heard a radio advertisement for them(after buying a new antenna). Lithia Auto Body’s tag line was Service, Speed, Accuracy. I’ll go through these individually: 1. Service- I finally called after six weeks of not hearing anything at all from them and they informed me that they hadn’t had a chance to even look at the truck yet. Had to constantly call in to check on the status of the repair after this. 2. Speed- Again, six weeks and they hadn’t looked at it. I just got the truck back after it had been at their shop for THREE months. 3. Accuracy- Got in the truck and noticed they took the antenna off and never put it back on. I was missing an entire piece they must have removed to do body work. Maybe double check to make sure you put everything back after removing it. After going to an auto parts store to buy a completely new antenna,and I can’t make this up, there was a Lithia Auto Body commercial with these three words. Service, speed, accuracy. They sure went oh for three on those with me. I wanted to put this up here as a warning to others. If you require anything more than just body work DO NOT let insurance send your vehicle here. In Oregon you have the right to take your vehicle somewhere other than where insurance wants to send it. Hope this helps others avoid the same headache.

Vehicle was dropped off for minor damage. It sat for a week before touching it. I could’ve drove it for that week. Instead of a rental car. Then they decided they needed another part, then another. So it’s waiting almost a month now. Then they needed to replace a light socket that they apparently broke when repairing, according to the lady in the office. Another week to wait. Then they get the “wrong part” and I have only a couple days before I have to pay out of pocket for my rental. Who knows how long it’ll be now. Absolutely ridiculous! They truly don’t care and are just in it for the $$.

I just want to thank the Medford Lithia paint and body shop that fixed my Tacoma! The quote estimate was quick and reasonable. The timeline for service was speedy! The quality of work was beautiful! Finally Steve Potter the manager was great! He not only had my truck fixed in 2 days but he even had my floorboards vacuumed out, dash dusted, and gas tank filled up! Kudos to Steve and his team for making my truck look pretty again!

i cannot RECOMMEND enough. after calling star auto body first, they were so unhelpful and rude and wouldn’t tow my car in. i then got in touch with lithia auto body and they towed my car in that day and immediately were so helpful and were even honest they were backed up which is understandable. they were very communicative about every single update and would call me every other day. they were very polite and helpful. they did a fantastic job repairing my 2025 kia k5 after hitting a deer and you can’t even tell!!! they also cleaned the inside of my car which was so nice to come back to. they also let me keep my car there for a week until i could come back from out of town with no fees which was so nice of them. i cannot appreciate the front desk gal enough either for her calm and friendly demeanor when she knew i was stressed out. please give her all the kudos!! thank you guys so much.

Well better late than never...lol This was done approx. 4 months ago; we took our baby "Blue" Tacoma Truck in for some repairs and had to leave her. The Manager Steve Potter had noticed that our other cars headlights were covered in crud and said he could take care of that as well. Gave us a fantastic deal on both vehicles. We also had our pinstriping redone from a mutual acquaintance/vendor Dan Fair. The workmanship from both guys was AMAZING!! Both of our vehicles look brand new again. We will definitely be recommending and continue to be customers.
