When I pay good money for a service, the job getting done to expectations is the standard. That is 3 stars. I was quoted $927 for work on my truck that included badging equal to $300. When I scheduled the appointment I was asked to pay half of the total which equaled $460. On drop off I asked to opt out of some badging and was told I would save some money that way. Since I was paying out of pocket for the work. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the badging I did want was incorrect so I opted out of that. So I figured I would be down in the $160-$200 remaining range. However at checkout I was asked to pay $1,300 which is almost a 50% increase in my original estimate. Then without the badging, that was ordered wrong my total was $1,080. So when I made a complaint they "worked" with me and got me down to $989. It was a bummer to choose to support a somewhat local company and be treated this way. Would not recommend this place. I have dealt with Lithia for paint work before and will be going there for future work.

This is more of a review on the character of the staff working here. Our car broke down at Crater Lake and Poplar, and we pushed it down Bullock after crossing the intersection. I came into the shop while my husband called a tow, and an incredibly kind staff member helped us push the car the rest of the way into their parking lot. We than sat there waiting for the tow, and during us waiting in the car in the heat, two other staff members came by and made sure we were okay. I know this isn't a review about the work they do at the shop, but if people like these guys are running the store, I can only imagine the amazing quality of work they do. Thank you guys so much!

had a great experience getting my truck fixed after somebody backed into it. They communicate very well, really help with understanding insurance and the repairs. Very nice shop and lobby. Ted, Mike and Jodie ROCK! Truly a Southern Oregon treasure. This company not only helps you with insurance and take good care of their customers, they offer stellar advice and repair vehicles back to their original condition or better. Locations in Medford and grants pass. Friendly staff and owners. They're also great members of the community. They do a free headlight polish to get to know people.

Took photos of my car and had me out the door. No estimate done in person. Never received a physical copy of the estimate and one was never sent to my email as promised. There was no help trying to save my car from the wrecker when just a corner panel needs repaired. Was also told different things from what they say the estimate was and what my insurance is saying what they estimated for repair. Don’t recommend

I dropped my car off on March 4, they did not get it into the paint booth until the 19th. I had my car there a week before they even got an approval from the paying party and then I didn’t get my car back until March 21st! Maybe I’m wrong, but I think it’s insane that it took them so long to get to work on my car, I went to two other places to get an estimate, and both of the other places said it would take a maximum of seven days. My car was not wrecked it just had a bad Scratch on one whole side of it from a car wash. I would’ve taken it to one of the other places however, the car wash wanted me to take it to Aplands. Aplands did do a decent job and my car looks fine now but I just think it was crazy that they had my car for so long. (The picture is of the damage it had before the repair)

It took a month to get my car back. It is now 2 different colors. Half the badges on my trunk are missing. The tail light that was broke and then “fixed” didn’t work. My back seat was not properly reinstalled. They painted a door that was not damaged at all to a different color.

They were very helpful and honest. They have not fixed my car yet, but they were very quick to put some of the crash plastic on my car and give me an honest idea of when I will be getting in. Which unfortunately is not until January. We shall see what kind of job they do but if it’s anything like the service that they’ve already provided I’m sure it will be ……satisfactory if not better. Update : star got my car in sooner and did a great job with super community action. Apland had very poor communication. They didn’t even have my claim number on file…. I Didn’t receive the email they said they sent and were pushing me out even further for repair.

This is the second time I've gone to Apland's Autostar. The first was to repair some damage my daughter incurred from hitting a dear. Their work was top notch, and I knew right then that if I ever needed more auto work, I would return. My most recent job was not insurance related but just an install job of some running boards for my Jeep. Once again they were amazing to work with, and extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough--they are the best.
