Horrible service lazy employees who lazy to do there work . After fueling asked to use restroom and was told it's closed since they just cleaned it i replied should it be other way around closed when dirty . Last but not least i wanted to grab a drink from fridge beverage area and was told that's closed to it was barely 8pm to lazy to move a shelf of chips to let customer use restroom or even have the ability to grab own beverage or even bother to offer to grab it for me.

Workers are always rude when I come here, they would not take the extra mile for customer service, they get no stars from me I already paid for my things and put in for cash back at registar, 15 dollars, she told me she didn't have change, you could of told me that before hand. I ask to speak to manager, manager told me to walk to pumps to get corporate number, What! They do this to me every time I go in theređź‘Žđź‘Ž

Easy in easy out and there's a car wash. The wash does a pretty good job. The station gets busy at times and there's a line but it goes quick and the people are nice.

I pulled in on a Monday night at 11:30 and this 24 hr store has all the pumps stopped and the doors open, 10 cars turned away including me, someone needs to be fired!

This gas station is ok. Some of the gas pump screens aren't bright enough and it's hard to see what it reads on the screen. You have to get really close to the screen to read it. If they would fix that I would give it a five star.

Gas stared pouring out of the nozzle while I washed my windows. It had to be a couple dollars maybe 3 dollars in a puddle on the floor. I told the attendees and they said sorry can't help you. Not even a 4 dollar car wash? They said no. When you are hurting for cash every penny counts. At least wash off the Hard earned gas that spilled on my car and the floor. Be careful when going here. It's a cheap Gas station with its customer service not gas prices.

Lady told us she would have to charge us for an extra cup because we double cupped our coffees because the coffee was really hot and they had no sleeve available , we told her they had no sleeves and she wouldn’t make an exception … safety hazard, try another gas station if you don’t wanna burn yourself

all the workers are really nice and helpful...don't use the car wash..it' sucks..for 14 bucks i Ur car comes out wet an u gotta dry ur windows...other that that it's a good place to get gas 24/7.

I always use this location to get my gas , today I was trying to get gas almost for 20 minutes, I had my special needs kid with me , the bump wasn’t working they moved me to different one and didn’t work , instead of help me and check it out, the lady said I will cancel your transaction with her attitude, I didn’t say anything to her I just left, but that’s not nice customer service, i missed my appointment because of her .

Despite paying with debit or credit, at the pump or inside, it wouldn't let me get gas. On top of that, it was enough times to trigger a fraud warning. Only plus side was the gentleman inside was nice.

Excellent customer service. There is an aura of calmness. Everyone appears to be busy. Make that quick "pit stop" and zoom they leave. It's usually clean, self-service windows cleaning supplies available. Friendly and professional as well.

Attendants are nice and the prices are usually on the mid to lower end. However I do not recommend that you use their car wash. There is not enough water to wash off all the soap and so I ended up having to remove vast quantities of soap myself so that it wouldn't ruin my paint. I understand this is a machine, but there should at least be enough water to wash off the soap. I've never had this problem before at any other similar car washes.

Recently, stop bye to purchase gas on my way to work, and went inside to pay for gas at $5.49 a gal, at the pump it read $5.54 with my reward points, I returned to inquire inside about the higher price at the pump. Clerk check, and called the manager. Unfortunately, this station was participating in bate & switch, one price on the outside banner and charging another price at the register and pump. No acknowledgement from management, because it privately owned and operated. Beware of outside price and what you are paying. I Declined the gas and left. The manager was unapologetic, and had me waiting for over 20mins with no follow up. Shame on me for trusting a resolution would happen. She'll blaming Owner, and no follow up as if yet from the store, this was 4 days ago. Buy your gas elsewhere if possible.

So this rating is due to the car wash situation. I paid $9 for the basic wash. The Vacuum would be $2 more (in quarters!). The pump didn't provide a reciept so I had to go in to get it for the code. Then I drive to the wash and it's super budget. I'm supposed to know when to stop & when to drive, the light signals are not easily visible in the daylight and don't offer info on what will be next. I should have gone down the street to the Mister Car wash where it's $7, the Vacuum is free and the conveyor belt carries my car thru so I don't have to go and stop at all the wrong times! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the nice gentleman did give me my money back w no hesitation. But the woman there tried to make ME out to have too high expectations! As if I should have known that it wasn't high tech! (Even tho the prices are 20% higher than other places) Therefore and that's why I suggest any other spot for a car wash.

Today my husband went to get gas before work. He paid inside via Apple Pay $50.00 worth of gas and 2 Arizona teas. When he went to pump it gave no gas even though transaction was approved and it took $52.85 out of our bank. When my husband complained rude employee and rude manager said “It would go back on card”, only the gas? Why when he paid inside via Apple one transaction. They refused to give us gas but we paid and money was taken out of bank. I’ve seen similar reviews on yelp and am wondering if management is scamming? They are SO RUDE and unprofessional. If I don’t get the money back I will be reporting to authorities and better business bureau.

This gas station is abusive. They put the gas up constantly even when other stations in the area stay with steady prices or even lower the pricing they don’t they only go up especially with Diesel. Other stations in the area that are also brand names are like 40-50 cents cheaper than these guys. What a rip-off also sometimes they have no ice and the pumps constantly don’t work. This is my local station but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

Let's start by last few times I've been in the workers are not friendly at all! I pay for gas inside, go outside to pump for it to not work. I go back inside and the guy is like what did you do. Nothing you idiot, I went to pump the gas which didn't seem to be set for prepaid gas so I put the hose back and he's like well did you put the hose back , well yea because it wasn't working. He says well because of that it reset you'll have to redo it again. I'm like forget it! This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Never again am I giving that place my business. Need to hire people who actually want to work there and are nice!!

This is my local gas station and I’ve been going here for years. But now the staffing is new and very unprofessional and rude. Today I came in and waiting in line while the cashier rudely helped customer with no since of urgency. Seems to hate her job. There was a little American American boy in line waiting in front of me to purchase candy. Once it was his turn the cashier scan his candy and one item didn’t scan. Instead of walking around the counter to scan another one or entering it manually. She just told him he couldn’t get it because it doesn’t scan. Which is just wrong due to it being a child. So I stepped and went to grab another one for him. Then she decided to manually enter it. I’m completely turned off and will not return. Not sure if it racial but this is not okay.
