The clerk is a jerk! Pay attention to the price on the pump. Tried charging me $3.90 a gal when the highest posted price is $3.45. Had to have him reset the pump. Just watch out for these crooks.

Tried to fill up at Pump #5 late last night, but the pump shut off after reaching slightly more than 10 gallons. Yet the meter kept moving and increasing the amount even after the pump had shut off. Shady place.

Dont use car wash my car got stuck and i couldnt drive out. Had to get out and tell Jose my car was stuck and he gave me nothing but attitude then when i got back in my car he told me to drive out and then my car was free. Obviously he mustve forgot to take the hold locks off my car because i couldnt turn my steering wheel or even try and go in reverse

Have problems either with staff or equipment every time I come here do yourself a favor and just stop at the Arco down the street or the gas station by the freeway on Victoria this place is a waste of time and money. Never knew i had to buy gas for an electric vehicle to get air in my tires especially after I tried to purchase stuff in store to make me a "customer" what a joke.

Manager AZ and his belligerent clerk "aditya " need to either get their attitudes checked when attending customers or not other owning a business. For one, I had an issue with a debit card that took $10 and I couldn't even pump my gas. Went in only to have Aditya tell my husband to get out or else he'll call the cops. Guess he can't solve customer problems so he threatens to call the cops on him? Overall I'll be finding out who the owner of this station is and get to the bottom of it. This could've all been avoided had he not gotten defensive and threatened to call the cops when my husband asked why did it take $10 bucks out of the card Either pay cash or don't bother. They're most likely part of the gas ATM system money guzzling scam that's been going on

No line, cheapest Shell in 10 miles, and if you take advantage of all the discounts that Shell offers, you can get down to Costco prices now and then. That said, this is an old station with the old style car wash Shell has been using for 30-40 years. It'll clean your car, but it won't do as well as the newer automated car washes.

This was a convenience gas station but they don’t know about customer service I stopped at the gas station put gas in my car I left I had to come back 10 minutes after because I had a basketball And I forgot to put air on the ball I asked the guy at the front desk for air and he said that I needed to paid for it I was there I told him ,should be free for customers I was a customer 10 minutes ago however the manager was there and he ask him if he can give us a free air he said no . He seems to be from India or close foreign country that a simple gesture it would give the right actitud. it should be free for customer should be free air for anybody like other gas stations I thought that was the law in California even after was explaining ourselves my son and I when when somewhere else there before he just simply would never comeback to this place. I will spend my money were they deserve it .

I used to get my gas here all the time. But the pumps were so slow it'd take 15 minutes to fill up, if I'm lucky. The card readers at the pumps didn't work half the time, there's always problems here. I hadn't used this shell in months, I went back thinking everything should be fixed, but nope still not good. It's too bad cause this place is close to my work. I like shell gas, but with all the inconveniences, I go else where now.

Beware. I put $25 in my Prius and the charges on my account were $75. Then the franchise owner told me that's just how it is. They always put a hold on your account. Well that's never happened before so I really don't know why this time it's any different. Things have been tight lately and that just wiped my account out. Now I have to go without food. One thing is certain. I'm never going to get gas from any shell station ever again..

No stars if possible, worker named Jose was very negative. Worst experience, just purchasing candy, refusing to give me my correct change or any of it at first, he was demanding I leave him a tip for being the cashier, and consistently kept pressuring me. Then involved another customer and said “here pay for his chips since he was behind me”, I respectfully said no, and would like my correct change. He gave me 2,.02 at first which was wrong, I let him know it’s 2.97 as it said on the screen and receipt, he still did not care and just gave me 50 cents in nickels not sure if he is pocketing money throughout the day when he works, but it’s happened multiple times and to multiple people I know that live near the area. That’s our best gas station, sells snacks and is near everything, the service is so terrible I rather walk to the next one or down the street to five below, lower prices and non hostile workers. Other than him everyone has been quite delightful, looks like there might have been a change in management. Would love to hear a response from any higher up, because there’s been occasions where he’s out of it and has told me to buy him a beer with my money while he is on the clock. Always demanding my change be his tip is what really gets to me, just becomes harassment after a while so I shouldn’t have to argue over 75 cents but still have to for some reason, all other workers give great service, such a change in mood, vibes, experience at shell from a full 180 turn either negative or a great experience.

I have really bad experience. Night casher who is Maximiliano does not educate what does he is doing. I ask him for regular gas, but he selected plus. I found that is his mistake, and ask him to cancel or void it, but he keep say that he can't do that, and he didn't even try. I ask him for money back, but he can't. He doesn't support customer at all. Keep says come back day time, and talk to the manager. Called police, and finally I canceled at the pump in front of the police officer. After that, he void the receipt and money back. Recommend to owner, must educate him. I wasted my 1 hr and gas at midnight.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever come across. Here it is 8.25.24 at 11:40am. I stopped to fill up and wash my car before heading back to long beach. After I paid the computerized little thing that took my payment, it told me to pull forward. I pulled forward but it wouldn't start I moved back a little bit than morved forward again and realized it wasn't doing anything so then I went inside to ask for help. I let the man know that the car wash wasn't working he said come back tomorrow I let him know that I did not live here and couldn't come back tomorrow he said well that's all I can do I said how is that all you can do? Can you call someone? Or reatart it? He said I can't do that. I asked why not he said he didn't have access, I asked for my money back he said I can't do that. I asked how that was fair and if it was him how would he like it. He said it's not but I can't do anything. The whole time he was carrying on a conversation with someone who seemed to be a friend or at least someone he knew. Instead of helping me they both chose to laugh at me. I'm not a Karen far from it and I wouldn't have even cared if the car wash only costed like $5 but that's $15 bucks and I'm sorry but I don't have money just to throw around I work hard for my money and it was absolutely unnecessary the way that he treated me to top it off after about 20 minutes of me telling him to call his supervisor or somebody that he can get some kind of help from he finally called somebody because I wouldn't leave the store apparently they told him to go ahead and restart the machine I asked him was that so hard his whole mannerism was absolutely uncalled for. The fact that he belittled me in front of his friend chose to laugh at me and then refuse to help me almpst had me in tears from anger. What kind of customer service is that? Is this the treatment I should expect from shell. I so disappointed of how this man treated me not just as a customer but as a human being.

This gas station uses predatory business practices to get customers to pay $2.00 for air and water. Under California business and professions code section 13651 gas stations must provide free air and water to paying customers. This gas station’s employees are not capable of turning on the air/water. Instead you are told to call a number and give receipt, pump, and air/water machine info to turn on the supply. While this is not technically illegal, making it difficult for the consumer to receive the free air/water, thereby encouraging consumers to pay, may be a violation of consumer protection laws. I will be filing a complaint with California consumer protection board and let them decide.

Rude service I ran into an old buddy from highschool while we were both filling up on gas. We ended up talking for about 10 mins near our cars at 1am. And the employee came outside and very rudely kicked us out. Saying we have people coming in and out of the gas station. There was no one else but us. And he taunted me as I left waiving goodbye as he laughed telling us to go to the dealership at 1am. He over heard our conversation about my new car and dealership and did not appreciate him making fun of us. We were paying customers who were just filling up on gas and was going buy a drink but couldn’t even stand the disrespect from the employee. This employee has to be suspended or something this was not acceptable. October 4th 1am curly head employee
