Half the pumps are always out of service, wrapped up in that yellow plastic, this is at a busy intersection and the place is always busy. It can get very cut throat with the limited pumps and multitude of cars.

Bad experience. The light is on in the gas station and the card machine wasn’t working and required an inside authorization. The employee saw this and still refused to help out. Should have went to speedway down the street.

Car wash is faulty. For $9, it did an awful job, I’ll have to get it washed again. It’s also ridiculous you have to specifically select “more” at the pump to find the cheapest wash. Just a total ripoff.

This place is so ratchet. You got employees vaping inside the store while working and wearing Bluetooth devices while doing cashier. The cashier girl was arguing with her boyfriend via phone thru a headset. It was so awkward and funny but very unprofessional.

They advertised 24 hours, 5 days out of the week and three times in the last month. I have been there on a weekday just before 5:00 a.m. and there are one to two workers in there and the doors are locked and they ignore you and refused to open the doors. So you're going to advertise for 24 hours then it should be 24 hours.

This is the worst gas station I have ever been too. Closed randomly card readers don't work. The employees don't care. The pumps don't work. It should be a nice place but I have been to gas stations that look worse and are far better.

I apologized for insulting a man's intelligence and he started giving a lecture lol Been going here for 18 years lol and finally had a rather odd experience, no surprise for the times though lol anyhoo, i been making a habit lately of going in the store to get breakfast items. This morning when i did so, Sunday 10/6 around 5:30am, i began interaction with a male clerk who had just served me a day or so ago, he's over the top friendly which was fine since it didn't hold me up, but today he took a weird turn lol. I asked for $15 on my gas pump when i usually ask for 20 or 30 so when i was given my total including my breakfast items i said "wait did you get everything" then before he could answer i immediately corrected myself saying "oh yea i asked for 15 not 20 my bad". He began a whole speeach saying not to feel bad because it was my night time and their morning, called me "mami" which i found odd since i do not know this man. But the previous convo i had with him he had asked me if i was going to work or going home. i answered truthfully so for shoots and giggles i will say thats how he knew it was my night time. we carried on our conversaton, him being quite condescending like im not a capable adult lol but as i was leaving he asked what time i started work, i was gathering my bag of items to leave so i kept my head down and said very nicely "have a good dayyyy" and turned to walk out the door, as i did this man yelled as i was at the door "what time do you start." but i kept going. Then as i was in my car after pumping gas i checked my mirrors as i was going to pull off and i noticed in my side view that one of the women who worked there was staring me down, when i made eye contact she looked away. Thats pretty aggressive if you ask me, the whole experience was pretty aggressive lol i live in a world where its perfectly normal to apologize for insulting someones intelligence which was all i was trying to do for the guy and where its not normal for a strange man to continuously ask a woman her work details especially when she is wearing her work attire that shows where she works and not normal for someone to stare someone down just because they didnt want to give up private details to a strange man. Although since im known country wide im sure he already knows. And since im such a celebrity i would like to go places without someone acting like im one of their buddies, we are strangers no matter how much someone knows about me lol Thanks for reading hope you enjoyed ;-D lol

Had a scratch off ticket that i won 40 dollars off of I cashed it in and the lady only gave me 20 dollars and changed me for my drink, so I said i shouldn’t have to pay i won 40 you only gave me 20 and she said it only won 20. I didn’t want to argue cause my kids was with me, so I called the next day and asked for a manager someone lied and acted as they was the manager said they was going to check the cameras and call me back, they never did, so I called them back later on today and they claimed no manager was there and to call back in the morning.. don’t take your winning ticket there they going to Scamm you and they all working together.

Went in to fill up my tank and use the bathroom cause nature called. Was told by the cashiers not to use the bathroom as it was closed for the night. Not out of order, not down for cleaning but closed. Not sure why they’re open 24 hours but the bathroom has different hours. Either way took my business up the highway to QT. 24 hour bathrooms and .35 - .40c cheaper gas. Never again. Dueces Shell!

Went in there last night to buy cigarettes like every Wednesday night…well this time on the 13th @10pm the guy in there denied me cigarettes because I wasn’t “American” I looked at him very confused? As I showed him my ID & he still said you’re not American. To me that was very racist as I am from the Latino community, I got judged for my looks.
